ԲՈՒՀ ավարտած սերժանտները որակապես շատ էին տարբերվում սովորական 18 տարեկանում զորակոչված սերժանտներից

ԲՈՒՀ-ի ուսանողների տարկետման հետ կապված իմ անձնական կարծիքն ասեմ: Անկեղծ համաձայն չեմ, որ անխտիր բոլորին 18-ը լրանալուց հետո զորակոչեն բանակ: Առաջ ԲՈՒՀ-ն ավարտելուց հետո բանակ զորակոչվելիս բոլոր շարային ծառայության պիտանի զինվորներին տանում էին ուսումնական զորամասեր, որից հետո որպես սերժանտ ջոկի հրամանատար տեղափոխում էին զորամասեր, որոնցից շատերը ընթացքում դառնում էին դասակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ կամ ավելին շնորհում էին ավագի կոչում և նշանակում դասակի հրամանատար: Սովորաբար ավագ դասակի հրամանատարների մոտ երբեմն ավելի լավ էր ստացվում կատարել իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները քան որոշ լեյտենանտների մոտ, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նրանք 24 ժամ իրենց զինվորների կողքին էին: Իսկ ԲՈՒՀ ավարտած սերժանտները որակապես շատ էին տարբերվում սովորական 18 տարեկանում զորակոչված սերժանտներից, ի վերջո տարիքը, կրթությունն ու փորձն իրենց դերը կատարում են: Ինձ թվում է տարկետումը ավելի շատ օգուտ էր տալիս բանակին քան 18-ից զորակոչելը: Հիմա Պատասխանեմ հաջորդ հարցին, որ կհնչեն, թե ապահովներն են սովորում, անապահովն է տուժում դրանից, ապա կպատասխանեմ, որ ԲՈՒՀ ավարտելուց հետո բոլորը պարտադիր պիտի զորակոչվեն և նույն սերժանտներն ու ավագները զինվորի հետ առաջնագիծ են բարձրանում: 
Ես ինքս ավագ դասակի հրամանատար եմ եղել և վստահաբար կարող եմ ասել, որ այդպես ավելի շատ եմ օգտակար եղել բանակին, քան որ ծառայեի որպես շարքային զինվորական: Բացի դա էլ տղաները զորացրվելուց հետո ահագին մեծ ղեկավարման փորձ են ձեռք բերում, որը հետո շատ է պետք գալիս քաղաքացիական կյանքում:
