«Հրազդան ցեմենտ»-ին արտոնություն տրամադրելու նախագիծը կառավարությունը կրկին կներկայացնի ԱԺ

«Հրազդան ցեմենտ» ընկերությանն արտոնություններ տրամադրելու մասին նախագիծը կառավարությունը կրկին կներկայացնի խորհրդարանի վավերացմանը: Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց «Հրազդան ցեմենտ» ՓԲԸ-ին հարկային և պարտադիր սոցիալական ապահով ագրության վճարների գծով առաջացած տույժերից ազատելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծին:
ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը նշեց, որ օրինագիծը ներկայացվել է առանց փոփոխությունների, ընդունման կրկնակի գործընթաց անցնելուհամար։
Դիմելով նախարարին՝ ՀՀ վարչապետը նշեց. «Ես երեկ լսել եմ նաև Ձեր հարցազրույցը, շատ մանրամասն բացատրեցիք: Իմ կարծիքով, անդրադառնալու կարիք չկա, որովհետև, իրոք, ակնհայտ դրական քայլ ենք կատարում, որպեսզի նաև 500 աշխատատեղ պահպանենք, մարդիկ աշխատեն: Եթե մայր պարտքը, որը բյուջե պետք է մուտքագրվի, չաշխատի, դա էլ չենք ստանալու, ոչ էլ 500 քաղաքացիներ կաշխատեն»:
Համաշխարհային ֆինանսատնտեսական ճգնաժամի տարիներին հանրապետությունում շինարարության տեմպերի կտրուկ անկման հետևանքով Ընկերության աշխատանքն ընթացել է անկայուն ռիթմով, հաճախակի ընդհատումներով, ինչը բացասական ազդեցություն է ունեցել ընկերության ֆինանսատնտեսական գործունեության վրա` արդյունքում առաջացնելով ֆինանսական պարտավորություններ:
2016 թ. փետրվարի 1-ի դրությամբ ընկերության պարտրքը կազմել է 933.3 մլն դրամ: «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկ»-ը, հանդիսանալով շահագրգիռ կողմ, նախորդ ժամանակահատվածում հարկերի ուշացման պատճառով կուտակված տույժերի զրոյացման դեպքում, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել նպաստել ընկերության պարտավորությունների մայր գումարի մարմանը:
ՀՀ խորհրդարանն ապրիլի 26-ին չէր հաստատել գործարանին արտոնություններ տրամադրելու և պարտքերը ներելու մասին օրինագիծը:
