Եթե հարցին մոտենանք զուտ փաստերով, ոչ թե ենթադրություններով, վերլուծություններով կամ դիրքորոշում-կարծիքներով/որոնք հաճախ ավելի ճիշտ են, քան փաստերը/, ապա ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ Կառավարության կազմի մեջ ներառված ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն առարկություն չունի՝ ՀՀ-ի կողմից ԼՂՀ անկախության ճանաչման հետ կապված, քանի որ կառավարությունում այսօր որեւէ նախարար այս հարցի շուրջ որեւէ առարկություն չի ներկայացրել...Ստացվում է/կրկին զուտ փաստով/, որ ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության օրակարգում այսօր դրված է Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման հարցը: Այսինքն ԱԳՆ-ն այս հարցի հետ կապված հարցեր, մտահոգություններ, այլ կարծիք չունի, եթե, իհարկե դրանք չի պահում ԱԺ-ում տեղի ունենալիք քննարկումներին: Եթե չունի, տարօրինակ է, քանի որ այնպես չէ, որ Արցախի անկախության ճանաչումն այսօր մանրակրկիտ հաշվարկ չի պահանջում, որպեսզի Արցախը չդառնա միայն Թուրքիայի կողմից ճանաչված Հյուսիսային Կիպրոս-2, իսկ, եթե ունի, բայժ ԱԺ-ին է պահում, ապա դա ազնիվ չէ, մի տեղ հարցեր չունենալ, մեկ այլ տեղ այնքան հարցեր ունենալ, որ պատգամավորները փոշմանեն իրենց օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության համար:
