Թշնամու 90-ականների հոգեբանությունը չի փոփոխվել

Սագիս Մելիքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
22 տարվա պայմանական հրադադարից հետո` ադրբեջանը զգալով, որ խաղաղ բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ ոչ մի կերպ չի կարողանալու «իրենց» հողատարածքները հետ վերցնել, անցավ ԼՂՀ սահմանային ողջ երկայնքով նախահարձակ ռազմական գործողությունների: Հաշվի առնելով թշնամու լայնածավալ և մասայական գործողությունները` պետք է փաստել, որ պատերազմը ամենևին էլ քառօրյա հաշվարկներով արված չէր: Թուրքիայի նախագահի հետ հանդիպումից և ինտիմ ողջագուրումից հետո` ադրբեջանի նախագահը որոշեց գնալ արկածախնդրության, շեշտը դնելով հանկարծակի հարձակման վրա և փորձ կատարել հասնելու և գրավելու ԼՂՀ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը: Այն` ինչ կատարվեց նենգ հարձակումից հետո, անչափ հուզիչ էր: Ընդամենը 4 օր պահանջվեց մեր հայ դիրքապահներից, որպեսզի թշնամու 22 տարվա ընթացքում միլիարդավոր դոլարներ ծախսած ռազմական փուչիկը տրաքվի և կրկին անգամ վազելով ռուսների գիրկը` բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ նստեն Հայկական կողմի հետ և վերահաստատեն 1994թ. իրենց մուրած հրադադարի պայմանագիրը: Պետք է մեր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը այնպես դասավորել, որպեսզի հետագայում ԼՂՀ հիմնահարցի հետ առնչվող յուրաքանչյուր բանակցության սեղանի շուրջ լիիրավ կողմ հանդիսանա նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը` ի դեմս սեփական ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված և ընդունելի ղեկավարության: Թշնամին` նույն 90-ականների թշնամին է, ում հոգեբանությունը չի փոփոխվել: Որքան էլ կրտսեր ալիևը յուրաքանչյուր մեր տոներից առաջ խոսա պատերազմական գործողությունների մասին` միևնույն է, նրանք հարձակվելու են հանկարծակի և մեզ համար պատահական, իսկ իրենց համար երկար ծրագրավորված ժամանակ: Ուժ և կորով մեր դիրքապահ զինվորներին, համբերատարություն և աչալրջություն սպայական կազմին և բանակի ղեկավարությանը, որպեսզի մարտական ոգին մեր բանակում լինի միշտ բարձր և թշնամու յուրաքանչյուր նենգ գործողության պատրաստ լինենք կրկնակի և եռակի ուժով պատասխան տալու:
