Սամվել Բալասանյանը նոր կուսակցությո՞ւն է հիմնել.«Ժողովուրդ»

««Ժողովուրդ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը նոր կուսակցություն է հիմնել։ Այն կոչվում է «Գյումրեցու ոգի»։ Երեկ նույնիսկ տեղի է ունեցել հիմնադիր համագումարը։ Սակայն ուշագրավն այն է, որ նորաստեղծ կուսակցության հիմնադիրները պնդում են, թե իրենք ոչ մեկի հետ կապ չունեն։ Այսպես՝ «Գյումրեցի ոգի» կուսակցության նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Սիրակ Եղիազարյանից «ժողովուրդ»–ը երեկ հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք կայացել Է իրենց հիմնադիր համագումարը, ինչու են որոշել նոր կուսակցություն ստեղծել, ինչ կապ ունի Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնին հավակնող երեք անձանցից՝ ՀՀ Աժ պատգամավոր Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի, նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի կամ գործող քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի հետ։ Վերջինս նախ ասել է, որ համագումարը տեղի Է ունեցել երեկ՝ժամը 4-ին, դրա ընթացքում հաստատել են կուսակցության կանոնադրությունը, ծրագիրը, վարչության 13 անդամների ընտրություն Է տեղի ունեցել։ Այնուհետև վարչությունն իր անդրանիկ նիստն է գումարել, և վարչության նախագահ Է ընտրվել Սահակ Սարադյանը։ «Քաղաքական ոլորտի մեջ հեղինակություններ, հայտնի մարդիկ չկան։ Կուսակցության մեջ որևիցե նշում չկա ո՛չ Բալասանյանի, ո՛չ Գրիգորյանի, ո՛չ Ղուկասյանի մասին։ Եթե նրանց անունները չկան, ուրեմն մենք հերքում ենք նրանց հետ որևիցե կապը»,– «Ժողովուրդ»–ին ասել Է Սիրակ Եղիազարյանը։ Վերջինս մի պահ մոռացել Է հավանաբար, որ իրենց կուսակցության վարչության նախագահը՝ Սահակ Սարադյանը, Սամվել Բալասանյանի խորհրդականն ու մերձավոր անձանցից մեկն Է, իսկ կուսակցություն ստեղծելու գաղափարն Էլ ֆինանսավորում Է Գյումրիի գործող քաղաքապետի որդին՝ Սիսակ Բալասանյանը։ Բայց, դե, մարդն ասում Է, որ կապ չունեն...
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոր ընդունված ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ համայնքի ղեկավարները ևս այսուհետ պետք է կուսակցության համամասնական ընտրացուցակներով ընտրվեն։ Եվ ինչպես երևում Է՝ Սամվել Բալասանյանը չի ցանկանում ՀՀԿ անդամ դառնալ։ Նախկին ՕԵԿ, հետո ԲՀԿ, հիմա Էլ ՀՀԿ, սիրուն չի ստացվի»,–գրում է թերթը։
