Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը պատմության դասեր տվեց զեղծարար Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Մամեդյարովին

Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, Պրահայում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում պատասխանելով լրագրողի՝ ԼՂ հակամարտության վերաբերյալ հարցի, որին ավելի վաղ պատասխանել էր Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարը, նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչը «երկար դասախոսություն կարդաց», բայց հստակ պատասխան չտվեց պարզ և ուղիղ հարցին։
Նալբանդյանը մտահոգություն է հայտնել նաև այն խնդրի վերաբերյալ, որ մարդասպաններին Ադրբեջանում հերոսացնում են։ «Չի կարելի մարդասպանին ազգային հերոս դարձնել, ինչպես Ադրբեջանն արեց Ռամիլ Սաֆարովի դեպքում։ Այժմ էլ լայնածավալ ու լավ ծրագրված ռազմական ագրեսիվ գործողություններ էին իրականացվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ։ Այդ գործողությունների ժամանակ կիրառված բռնությունները Բաքվից խրախուսվում էին, ինչպես Սաֆարովի դեպքում էր»,- ասել է նախարար Նալբանդյանը։
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ 3 հայ զինվորների խոշտանգել էին և գլխատել. «Այդ զինվորների գլուխները ցուցադրվում էր Ադրբեջանի գյուղացիներին։ Մի մարդասպան էլ պատվի արժանացավ, ազգային հերոս կոչվեց Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից հենց օրեր առաջ»։
Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ թեև չի փորձում խորանալ հակամարտության խորքերը, բայց կան փաստեր, որոնք հայտնի են բոլորին. «Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ գործողություններն ընդդեմ ԼՂ-ի հակամարտություն են ծնել։ Ագրեսիայի ժամանակ օգտագործվել են ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների հետ սերտորեն առնչվող խմբավորումներ։ Ադրբեջանցի գործընկերս իր սին դասախոսության ժամանակ վկայակոչում էր ՄԱԿ-ի 4 բանաձևերը։ Բայց ինչո՞ւ 4 բանաձև։ Պատճառն այն է, որ յուրաքանչյուր բանաձև մերժվել էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Այդ 4 բանաձևերի հարցը խեղաթյուրված է։ Դրանք եղել են Ադրբեջանի դաժանո ւթյունները կանխարգելելու համար։ Ադրբեջանը չի հարգել դրանք։ Մինչև այժմ էլ չի հարգում։ Անգամ 1994 թ.-ին համաձայնեցված հրադադարը չի հարգվել։ Հրադադարի համաձայնագիրը եռակողմ է եղել՝ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և ԼՂ-ի հետ»,- նշել է նախարարը։
Նալբանդյանը շեշտել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի խնդիրը եղել է հրադադարը, այլ ոչ թե տարածքային հարցերը: «1994 թ.-ի մայիսին համաձայնություն եղավ հրադադարի մասին, հուլիսին այն հաստատվեց, 1995-ի փետրվարին էլ վերահաստատեց»,- փաստել է նա։
