«Դվին» հյուրանոցի վերակառուցումը կերկարաձգվի մինչեւ 2019 թվականը

Երեւանի «Դվին» հյուրանոցն արդեն քանի տարի է՝ վերանորոգվում եւ վերակառուցվում է: Կառավարության վաղվա նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվելու է 2019 թվականը որպես «Դվինի» վերանորոգումն ավարտին հասցնելու ժամկետ սահմանելու հարցը:
«Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրը գտնվում է Երեւան քաղաքի կենտրոնում: Խորհրդային տարիներին այն նախատեսվել է որպես միջին դասի հյուրանոց, սակայն շուկայական հարաբերությունների զարգացմամբ՝ ծրագրի հայեցակարգում առաջացել է էական փոփոխություններ կատարելու անհրաժեշտություն: Նախատեսվում է, որ վերակառուցումից հետո այն լինելու է մայրաքաղաքի ամենաշքեղ հինգաստղանի հյուրանոցը:
Հյուրանոցի հիմնական մրցակցային առավելությունը կայանալու է նրա կենտրոնական տեղակայվածության, մեծ հողային մակերեսի, մյուս հյուրանոցների համեմատությամբ ստանդարտ սենյակների ընդհանուր մակերեսի շատ ավելի մեծ չափի, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից եւ բացառիկ հյուրանոցային ինֆրակառուցվածքի մեջ: Բացի այդ, հյուրանոցային համալիրը ներառելու է բարձրակարգ ռեստորաններ, ակումբներ, խանութներ, բիզնես կենտրոն եւ կոնֆերանս կենտրոն, ՍՊԱ սրահ, լողավազան, ֆիթնես կենտրոն, հանդիսությունների դահլիճներ եւ այլն: Հյուրանոցի տարածքում նախատեսվում է բարձրակարգ խաղատան կազմակերպում՝ համապատասխան լիցենզիայի հիման վրա: «Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրի վերակառուցման ծրագրի ներդրողն է «Սի-Սի-Ջի Կովկասյան կոմունիկացիոն խումբ» ընկերությունը:
Նշենք, որ այն գրանցված է Կիպրոսում, իսկ Կիպրոսը, ինչպես հայտնի է, նույնպես օֆշորային գոտի է: Միաժամանակ, այս ընկերությունը «Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրի բաժնետոմսերի 100 տոկոսի սեփականատերն է: Ծրագրի իրականացումը նախատեսված է ավարտին հասցնել մինչեւ 2018-ի վերջը, իսկ նախատեսված ներդրումների ընդհանուր գումարը կկազմի մոտավորապես 120 միլիոն 595 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Հիշեցնենք, որ կառավարության որոշմամբ «Սի Սի Ջի Կովկասյան կոմունիկացիոն խումբ» ընկերության կողմից «Դվին հյուրանոցային համալիր» ՓԲԸ-ի բաժնետոմսերը մասնավորեցվել են դեռեւս 2004թ. մարտի 11-ին: 2004թ. մայիսի 14-ին կնքված բաժնետոմսերի առուվաճառքի պայմանագրով նախատեսվել էր մինչև 2016թ. կատարել 13,6 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրումներ: Մինչ օրս կատարվել է 15,095 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրում: Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ պայմանագրով նախատեսված ներդրումային գումարը բավարար չէ միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան հյուրանոցային համալիր կառուցելու համար:
«Սի Սի Ջի Կովկասյան կոմունիկացիոն խումբ» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրենը նախորդ տարի վարչապետին ուղղված գրությամբ ներկայացրել է «Դվին հյուրանոցային համալիրի վերակառուցում» ներդրումային ծրագիրը եւ խնդրել դրան հավանություն տալ: Վարչապետը համաձայնել է ներդրումային ծրագրին` պայմանով, որ պայմանագրով պետք է ամրագրվեն յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար նախատեսվող ներդրումների մեծությունը:
