Ադրբեջանը պետական մակարդակով խրախուսում է ահաբեկչությունն ու մարդկության դեմ հանցագործությունները

Այն ժամանակ, երբ միջազգային հանրությունը պայքարում է ահաբեկչական կազմավորումների բարբարոսական գործողությունների դեմ, այդ նույն անմարդկային ձեռագրով գործում է միջազգային իրավունքի սուբյեկտ հանդիսացող պետություն՝ Ադրբեջանը:
Այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:
- Նման հանցագործության խրախուսումն ամենաբարձր պետական մակարդակով Ադրբեջանի համար նորություն չէ. Բուդապեշտում քնած վիճակում հային կացնահարելու համար հունգարական դատարանի կողմից ցմահ դատապարտված Ռամիլ Սաֆարովը, 2012թ. Բաքու արտահանձնվելուն պես, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից անմիջապես ազատվեց պատիժը կրելուց, պարգևատրվեց և հերոսացվեց:
Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ ապրիլին սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի ընթացքում դպրոցների նպատակային հրետանակոծումը, ինչի արդյունքում զոհվել և վիրավորվել են երեխաներ, տարեց անձանց կտտանքների և խոշտանգումների միջոցով տանջամահ անելը, ԼՂ գերեվարված զինծառայողների դիակների խեղումը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը որդեգրել է պետական մակարդակով խրախուսվող և ուղղորդվող ահաբեկչության և մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություններ իրականացնելու քաղաքականություն:
