Մամուլի առանձին միջոցներով անանուն զրպարտելը, ցավոք, նոր երևույթ չէ մեր իրականության մեջ: Միայն այն հանգամանքը, որ իմ հասցեին հնչած զրպարտության կոնկրետ հեղինակը թաքնվում է, այսինքն, եթե որևէ մեկն իսկապես լրատվամիջոցին այդպիսի տեղեկություն է հայտնել, ապա թույլ չի տվել հրապարակել իր անունը, արդեն խոսում է այն բացահայտ փաստի մասին, որ գործ ունենքամենաէժան զրպարտության հետ: Կրկին ցավով պետք է նշեմ, որ պետական ծառայողներն այդօրինակ զրպարտություններից ապահովագրված չեն: Այսինքն՝ մի կողմից ունենք օրենսդրական համապատասխան պաշտպանություն, մյուս կողմից՝ լինելով պետական ծառայողներ՝ հիմնականում խուսափում ենք դատական պաշտպանության դիմելուց, որպեսզի առիթ չտանք մամուլի կոնկրետ միջոցին երևակայելու, թե իրեն փորձում ենք ճնշել: Երկրորդ երևույթը, ցավոք, որոշ լրատվամիջոցների առիթ է տալիս անցնելու բոլոր սահմանները. անգամ, զրպարտության մակարդակը հասցնելու քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված սուտ մատնություն հանցանքի հատկանիշներին:
Թեև այս պահին կոնկրետ որոշում չունեմ, թե ինչպես եմ պաշտպանելու խախտված իրավունքներս, սակայն, կարծում եմ, որ առնվազն անհրաժեշտություն է՝ բացահայտել զրպարտության կոնկրետ հեղինակին: Լինի լրագրողն անձամբ, թե որևէ մեկի ուղղորդմամբ: Այդ ուղղությամբ հավանաբար օրենսդրությամբ վերապահված որոշակի գործողություններ կիրականացնեմ:
