Հայաստանում այս տարի պետական միջոցներով կատարված շինարարությունը ընդհանուրի 9.1 տոկոսն է կազմում

 Հայաստանում շինարարության ծավալը 2016-ի առաջին եռամսյակի ամփոփիչ տվյալներով կազմել է 42 միլիարդ 148.1 միլիոն դրամ, այդ թվում` շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքները` 36 միլիարդ 583.7 միլիոն դրամ: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս են վկայում ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալները: 2015-ի հունվար-մարտ ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ` շինարարո ւթյան ծավալները նվազել են 2.2 տոկոսով, իսկ շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքներն` աճել են 1.1 տոկոսով:

Պետական բյուջեի հաշվին կատարված շինարարության ծավալը 3 միլիարդ 819.9 միլիոն դրամ է, որից 3 միլիարդ 754.1 միլիոն դրամը` բաժին է ընկնում շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքներին, համայնքային միջոցներով շինարարության ծավալը 397.7 միլիոն դրամ է, որը համընկնում է շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքների հետ: Միջազգային վարկերով կատարվել է 12 միլիարդ 178.4 միլիոն դրամի շինարարություն, այդ թվում` 11 միլիարդ 776.6 միլիոն դրամի շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքներ, մարդասիրական օգնության միջոցներով` 262 միլիոն դրամի շինարարություն, որից 261.9 միլիոն դրամը շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքներ:

Կազմակերպությունների միջոցներով կատարված շինարարության ծավալը 16 միլիարդ 905.9 միլիոն դրամ է, դրանում շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքները` 12 միլիարդ 530.2 միլիոն դրամ, բնակչության միջոցներով` 8 միլիարդ 584.2 միլիոն դրամի շինարարություն, որից 7 միլիարդ 863.2 միլիոն դրամը ծախսվել է շինմոնտաժային աշխատանքների վրա:

Պետական միջոցներով կատարված շինարարությունը ընդհանուրի 9.1 տոկոսն է կազմում, համայնքային միջոցներով` 0.9 տոկոսը, միջազգային վարկերով` 28.9 տոկոսը, մարդասիրական օգնության միջոցներով` 0.6 տոկոսը, կազմակերպությունների միջոցներով` 40.1 տոկոսը, բնակչության միջոցներով` 20.4 տոկոսը:
