ԼՂՀ ճանաչման նախագծի հետ կապված, չգիտես թե ինչու, նկատվում են լուրջ սպասումներ

ԼՂՀ ճանաչման նախագծի հետ կապված, չգիտես թե ինչու, նկատվում են լուրջ սպասումներ, սակայն, ավելի քան անկնհայտ է, որ նախագիծն արժանանալու է իր նախորդների ճակատագրին՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորների ձայների մեծամասնությունը դեմ կքվեարկի նախագծին:
Մի քանի դիտարկում ԼՂՀ ճանաչման վերաբերյալ.
1. ԼՂՀ ճանաչումը հանդիսանում է Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության համատեքստում Հայաստանի հիմնական գործիքներից մեկը, որը մինչ օրս բանակցային գործընթացի համատեքստում մեր կողմից ներկայացվել է որպես զիջում: Այս գործիքը միայն մեկ անգամ կարելի է կիրառել, և ասել, որ դրա կիրառման պահը եկել է, սխալ կլինի: Այսօր օրակարգում ՀՀ-ԼՂՀ ռազմատեխնիկական փոխօգնության պայմանագիրն է, որի կարևորությունը ևս փոքր չէ:
2. ԼՂՀ ճանաչումը կհաստատի նաև Ադրբեջանի այն պրոպագանդիստական թեզը, թե Հայաստանը փորձում է դուրս գալ բանակցային գործընթացից: Բանակցային գործընթացից դուրս գալու պարագայում ամենահավանական զարգացման սցենարն Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոր պատերազմ սկսելն է: Ուստի առավել քան ակնհայտ է, որ բանակցային փակուղում հայտնվելու կամ Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոր լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիայի պարագայում ԼՂՀ ճանաչման ակտը կընդունմի մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում:
3. ԼՂՀ ճանաչումը չպետք է լինի ինքնանպատակ: Արդեն իսկ գոյություն ունի նման բավական բացասական նախադեպ՝ Հյուսիսային Կիպրոսը, որը ճանաչվել է միայն Թուրքիայի կողմից (արդեն շուրջ 30 տարի): Հյուսիսային Կիպրոսի օրինակը բավական լավն է, որպեսզի մտածենք այն ուղղությամբ, թե ո՞րն է ճանաչման հաջորդ քայլը: Ի՞նչ է տալու ԼՂՀ ճանաչումը: Այսօր ՀՀ-ն կամ ԼՂՀ-ն արցախահայության համար ի՞նչ չեն կարողանում անել, որ ճանաչելուց հետռ կարող են միայն անել: Քանի դեռ չկան այս հարցերի պատասխանները, ճանաչում-չճանաչում խաղալը միայն արժեզրկում է հարցը:
P.S. պաթոսը հետաքրքիր բան է, բայց ռացիոնալիցմը պետք չէ կորցնել՝ առավել ևս նման բարդ իրավիճակում:
