Քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Մարգարովը դժվարանում է կանխատեսել, թե ինչ նպատակով է Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում զինուժի տեղաշարժեր և կուտակում իրականացնում:
Մայիսի 4-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ դժվար է հստակ ասել՝ Ադրբեջանը մայիսի 9-ին ընդառաջ նոր հարձակում պլանավորո՞ւմ է, թե ոչ: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանը հարձակում սկսելուց առաջ պետք է լուրջ հաշվարկներ անի, որովհետև, օրինակ, մայիսի 9-ին ևս մեկ հարձակում սկսել ու կրկին պարտվել, չեմ կարծում, որ սա մտնում է Ադրբեջանի պլանների մեջ: Նրանք պետք է վստահ լինեն, որ հարձակվելու դեպքում կարող են ինչ-որ հաջողության հասնել, իսկ դա որևէ մեկը չի կարող երաշխավորել: Իսկ ապրիլյան չորսօրյա պատերազմը նրանց համար վառ օրինակ է, որ հաջո ղության հասնելն այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Մարգարովը:
Նա անդրադարձավ նաև ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հանդիպումներին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ: Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ այդ հանդիպումները պետք է դիտարկել այն տրամաբանության մեջ, որ առաջին նախագահը ցանկանում է ծանոթանալ ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ: «Եկեք չմոռանանք, որ առաջին նախագահը ունի իր հետաքրքրությունը երկրի ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ: Այս տրամաբանության շրջանակներում մենք կարող ենք դիտարկել այդ երկու հանդիպումները, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, որևէ մեկը չի զարմանում , երբ Հայաստանի քաղաքական գործիչները մեկնում են Արցախի Հանրապետություն, ունենում են հանդիպումներ: Այս դեպքում էլ պետք չէ զարմանալ»,- եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
ԼՂՀ ՊՆ-ն հաղորդել է, որ ապրիլի 2-ից առաջնային գծի տարբեր ուղղություններում նկատվում են հակառակորդի զինուժի կուտակումներ ու ակտիվ տեղաշարժեր: ՊԲառաջապահ զորամասերը հետևում են ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ձեռնարկվող քայլերին և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ են դիմելով համապատասխան միջոցների: Իրադրությունն ամբողջությամբ գտնվում է ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումների աչալուրջ վերահսկողության տակ:
