Գյուղապետը համայնքի բյուջեից գումար է հափշտակել

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ գյուղապետի կողմից պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու եւ գումար հափշտակելու փաստի առթիվ:
Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Աղբերք համայնքի ղեկավար Արթուր Երիցյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա պաշտոնեական կեղծիք եւ ուրիշի գույքի զգալի չափի հափշտակություն է կատարել: Վերջինս օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը 2009թ-ին կազմել է պաշտոնեական փաստաթուղթ համարվող, իրականում գոյություն չունեցող պայմանագրից քաղվածք: Դրա մեջ գյուղապետը կեղծ տեղեկություններ է մտցրել այն մասին, որ իբրեւ թե Աղբերք համայնքի գյուղապետարանի կարիքների համար նույն գյուղի բնակիչ Վարուժան Դավթյանից ձեռք է բերել 140 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ բջջային հեռախոս: Այնուհետեւ Արթուր Երիցյանը նշված կեղծ քաղվածքը հանձնել է Ճամբարակի տարածքային գանձապետական բաժանմունք,որի հիման վրա կազմված վճարման հանձնարարագրով Աղբերք համայնքի բյուջետային հաշվին առկա գումարներից Վարուժան Դավթյանի անունով ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկից Ճամբարակի մասնաճյուղին փոխանցվել է 140 հազար դրամ գումար, որն էլ յուրացրել է գյուղապետը:
Սրանից բացի նա նմանատիպ մեկ այլ կեղծ փաստաթուղթ է կազմել այն մասին,որ իբրեւ թե Աղբերքի գյուղապետարանի կարիքների համար նույն գյուղի բնակիչ Պետրոս Պետրոսյանից ձեռք է բերել 160 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ վառելափայտ: Այնուհետեւ նշված կեղծ քաղվածքի հիման վրա իրեն են փոխանցել վերոհիշյալ գումարը, որը նա եւս յուրացրել է:
Այժմ գյուղապետը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասով եւ 314 հոդվածի առաջին մասով: Սրանցից առաջինը նախատեսում է կամ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չորսհարյուրապատիկից յոթհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, կամ երկուսից չորս տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում, կամ էլ՝ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելը՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով կամ առանց դրա: Իսկ երկրորդը՝ կամ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք, կամ մեկից երկու տարի ժամկետով ուղղիչ աշխատանքներ, կամ մեկից երեք ամիս ժամկետով կալանք, կամ էլ՝ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում:
Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց են կիրառել կալանավորումը:
