Ես տարօրինակ մտքերի մեջ եմ ընկել, ընկերներ: 
... Ուրեմն, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են ճանաչել ԼՂՀ անկախությունը, կամ ձևեր են թափում, թե պատրաստվում են: 
Եթե ձևեր են թափում` այդպիսով քաղաքական շանտաժի պես մի բան կիրառելով միջնորդների և միջազգային հանրության հանդեպ, որ վերջիններս իբր զսպեն հարևան պետության ռազմաքաղաքական ախորժակը, ինձ թվում է` դա կարող է չաշխատել: 
Այդպիսի մի բան էր "եթե Ադրբեջանը սկսի ռազմական գործողություններ, մենք կճանաչենք Ղարաբաղը" տարիներ շարունակ հնչեցված սպառնալիքը: Դա հո ազերիներին ուղղված չէր? Դա ուղղված էր, կարծում եմ, նրանց, ովքեր դեպքերի այդպիսի զարգացման պարագայում հայտնվելու էին անհարմար վիճակում` միջնորդական առաքելության համանախահագ երկրներին ու մասնավորապես` Ռուսաստանին, որն ուներ նախադեպը` Աբխազիան և Օսեթիան, և չէր կարողանալու առանձնապես հաջող մանրևել ՀՀ կողմից Ղարաբաղի ճանաչման դեպքում:

Դա չաշխատեց. Ադբրեջանը սկսեց ռազմական գործողություններ, թեև դրանք շատ փորձառու զինվորականների կողմից գնահատվեցին` որպես "разведка боем":

Հիմա ում է ուղղված ԼՂՀ-ն ճանաչելու սպառնալիք-մեսիջը` չեմ կարողանում լավ ընկալել. Ադրբեջանի՞ն, էլի համանախագահների՞ն (ու առաջին հերթին` էլի ՌԴ-ին) , լայն իմաստով` միջազգային հանրություն կոչվող ամորֆ և "կարապ-խեցգետին" հավաքականի՞ն, որի անդամների մեծագույն մասը թքած ունի Ղարաբաղյան կոնֆլիկտի վրա, թե՞ ներքին աուդիտորիային?

Էլի հարց է առաջանում. եթե մերոնք իրոք ճանաչեն ԼՂՀ անկախությունը, ինչ է հետևելու դրան` պատերազմից բացի? Քանզի ճանաչելով ԼՂՀ-ն` Հայաստանն ասում է, որ բանակցելու բան չունի, Ադրբեջանն էլ կասի` ես էլ այդ պայմաններում աշխատել չեմ կարող/չեմ ուզում, իսկ դրա այլընտրանքը պատերազմն է: 
Հիմա իրոք այնպիսի պահ է ` պատմական, աշխարհաքաղաքական, ռեգիոնալ և այլ փոփոխականների այնպիսի բարենպաստ համադրություն է ստեղծվել, որ մեր իշխանությունները համարում են, որ իսկական պահն է մեծ պատերազմի համար? 
Սա էլ չեմ հասկանում:

Բացի այդ, չեմ հասկանում` ով է ճանաչելու ԼՂՀ-ն` ՀՀ-ից բացի? 
Եթե Ռուսաստանի պես աշխարհաքաղաքական հսկան չկարողացավ անցկացնել Օսեթիայի ու Աբխազիայի ճանաչումը և նրան, ըստ էության, չսատարեցին, չճանաչեցին անգամ ռուսական ազդեցության գոտում գտնվող երկրները (ճանաչել են միայն Նիկարագուան, Վենեսուելան և ինչ-որ անհասկանալի Նաուրու, որոնք երևի Աբխազիայի ու Օսեթիայի տեղն էլ կարգին չգիտեն ու ոչ մի գործ այս կողմերում չունեն` քաղաքական, տնտեսական և այլն...) , մենք ինչպես ենք անցկացնելու ԼՂՀ ճանաչումը? Հզոր և ամենակարող սփյուքի մասին, խնդրում եմ, չհիշեցնել. դրանով թող զբաղվի Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը... Սփյուռքը Իրավական Հետևանք ունեցող բան կարողանար անել Ղարաբաղի հարցով` հաստատ վաղուց էր արել...

Չի դառնալու արդյոք ԼՂՀ ճանաչումը Հայաստանի համար այնպիսի մի անտանելի բեռ, ինչպիսին դարձավ ՌԴ համար Օսեթիայի ու Աբխազիայի ճանաչումն ու Ղրիմի վերադարձը? Արդյոք մեր երկրի վրա պատժամիջոցներ չեն կիրառվի? Արդյոք մենք լուրջ խնդիրներ չենք ունենա միջազգային կառույցներում` ձայնի իրավունքից զրկում, համագործակցության ծրագրերից հեռացում և այլն...? Մենք կկարողանաք դիմանալ սանկցիաների և միջազգային ճնշման? 
ԵՎ Մեր երկրի ղեկավարությունն ունի արդյոք այդ ամենի համար անհրաժեշտ լեգիտիմության, վստահության, միջազգային հեղինակության ռեսուրսները? (Այստեղ կարելի է ժպտալ...)

Ինչ-որ տարօրինակ հարցեր են ծագում ինձ մոտ: ՀՈՒՍՈՎ ԵՄ, ՈՐ ՍՐԱՆՑ և ԱՅԼ ՀՆԱՐԱՎՈՐ ՀԱՐՑԵՐԻ ՊԱՏԱՍԽԱՆՆԵՐՆ ՈՒՆԵՆ ԱՅՆ ՄԱՐԴԻԿ, ՈՎՔԵՐ ՈՒԶՈՒՄ ԵՆ ՆԱԽԱՁԵՌՆԵԼ ՃԱՆԱՉՈՒՄԸ: Ես էլ կուզեի ունենալ...
.... Սիրելի ընկերներ, ես հասկանում եմ, որ հիմա` հետպատերազմյան ու միաժամանակ նախապատեարազմական (լեզուս չորանա) այս ժամանակներում "սիրուն չեն նայվում" նման հարցադրումները.... Բայց, ամեն դեպքում, ինձ մոտ դրանք առաջանում են:
