Եթե Ալիևը ազդվող լիներ նման նախազգուշացումներից՝ քառօրյա պատերազմ չէր լինի

Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Շավարշ Քոչարյանը հերքել է կառավարության՝ առաջիկա նիստում ԼՂՀ-ի ճանաչման մասին օրինագծին հավանություն տալու մասին տեղեկատվությունը` միանգամից ցրելով այն էյֆորիան, որի մեջ հայտնվել էր ողջ սոցցանցային հայությունը։ Հասկանալի է, որ այս ինֆորմացիան տեղեկատվական դաշտ բաց թողնելը հետապնդում էր կոնկրետ նպատակ ՝ ևս մեկ անգամ նախազգուշացնել Ադրբեջանին, և, որ ամենակարևորն է շոշափել այստեղ եղած տրամադրությունները։ Վերջինի պարագայում այս հնարքը կարելի էր համարել արդյունավետ։ Սակայն հակամարատության լուծման ու սահամաններին հակառակորդին խաղաղություն պարտադրելու առումով այն ոչինչ չտվող՝ ընդամենը քարոզչական կարճատև ներգործություն ունեցող հայտարարություն էր։ Ինչու՚։
Շավարշ Քոչարյանը միաժամանակ ասում է, թե ԼՂՀ-ի ճանաչման օրինագիծը կմտնի կառավարության օրակարգ, եթե Ադրբեջանը դարձյալ ագրեսիա սանձազերծի։ Ծանոթ խոսքեր են, այնպես չէ։ Նմանօրինակ հայտարարություններ մենք լսել ենք տարբեր պետական պաշտոնյաներից՝ տարբեր ժամանկաշրջաններում։ Բայց որքան հաճախակի են դարձել հայկական կողմի նմանօրինակ նախազգուշացումները, այնքան Ադրբեջանն ավելի է լկտիացել սահմաններում։ Այսինքն, եթե Ալիևը ընհանրապես ազդվող լիներ նման նախազգուշացումներից՝ քառօրյա պատերազմ չէր լինի. բայց եղավ, և Հայաստանը դարձյալ չճանաչեց Արցախի Հանրապետությունը։ Ինչ երաշխիք, որ Ադրբեջանի հավանական հերթական հարձակումից հետո էլ Ադրբեջանին նախազգուշացնել սիրող մեր պաշտոնյաները նախկինի պես անհասկանլի սպասողական կեցվածք չեն ընդունի՝ հույսով կամ ավելի շուտ ինքնախաբեությամբ՝ թե Բաքվի բռնապետը, որ խաղաղ բնակիչներ խոշտանգելու կամ զինվորներին գլխատելու որոշումից առաջ կերկմտի։
Մյուս կողմից՝ հայկական լրատվադաշտում կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածված այս անհասկանալի, հեղհեղուկ ինֆորմացիոն ազդակն ուղղված էր նաև հայկական լսարանին։ Այսիքն ասել կուզեն, թե Հայաստանում ներքաղաքական դաշտն այնքան ճկուն է, բաց, որ ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչների օրենսդրական նախագծերը կարող են ընդգրկվել կառավարության օրակարգում։ Կարծես հենց այդ նույն իշանությունների թեթև ձեռքով՝ նախքան քառօրյա պատերազմը, չէին տապալվում խորհրդարանի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների բացառապես բոլոր՝ խելամիտ կամ ոչ խելամիտ նախագծերը։
Հ.Գ. Հայաստանում ժողովրդվարության մակարդակն ընդգծելու համար Ադրբեջանի պես բռնապետության հետ զուգահեռներ տանելը մեղմասած զավաշտելի է։
