«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեկ լուր ստացանք, որ լարված իրավիճակ է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում. Նորատուսցիները՝ 600-700 հոգի, փակել էին միջպետական ավտոճանապարհը ու պահանջում էին չխոչընդոտել իրենց ապրուստին, որը խեցգետնի արտադրությունն ու արտահանումն է: Բողոքի մասնակիցներից Զորիկ Հակոբյանը նշել է. «Ապրանքը ֆուռերով տարել ենք մաքսակետ, բայց, չգիտես ինչու, չեն տալիս պահանջվող հավաստագիրը»: Նա վստահեցնում էր, որ ավելի քան 20 ընկերություններ հայտնվել են այդ կարգավիճակում, տեսչությունն ընդամենը երկու ընկերության է որակի հավաստագիր տրամադրում: Դրանցից մեկն «Ակվատիկն» է, որը, ըստ տեղեկությունների, պատկանում է գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Հայկազ Բաղմանյանին, որը, ի թիվս այլ բիզնեսների (զորամասերի թեյարաններ, բիլիարդ) զբաղվում է խեցգետին արտահանելով եւ, ըստ ցուցարարների, դաշտը մենաշնորհելու նկրտումներ ունի:
Մյուս ընկերությունն էլ «Արտ-Բախ Յունյոնն» է, որը համագործակցում է «Ակվատիկի» հետ: Մեր զրուցակիցը տպավորություն ուներ, որ դաշտը մենաշնորհում են գեներալի համար: Քանի որ, ըստ իր տեղեկությունների, անգամ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որդուն պատկանող «Մխչյան Ֆիշ»-ին չեն տրամադրում համապատասխան բժշկական հավաստագիր: «Գեներալի ընկերության ներկայացուցիչ ոմն Կարեն զանգում է մյուս ընկերություններին, ասում, որ 1100 դրամով մեր ապրանքը կարտահանի, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանում 1 կգ խեցգետինը 1400 դրամով է վաճառվում: Կամ էլ ասում են՝ բերեք կիլոն 200 դրամով վաճառեք մեզ, մենակ մենք արտահանենք»:
