Հյուսիսային մարզերի եզդիները միանում են հայաստանաբնակ մյուս եզդիների կոչին՝ պատժել Քյալամ Սլոյանին գլխատած գազանին հերոսացնող Ալիևին: Այս մասին մարտի 3-ին, Գյումրու «Ասպարեզ» ակումբում ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց «Հյուսիսային մարզերի եզդիների միավորում» հասարակա կան կազմակերպության նախագահ Հուսիկ Ֆերոյանը՝ նշելով, որ իրենք ևս՝ միանալով Հայաստանում ապրող մյուս եզդիներին, կոչ են անում բոլոր միջազգային կազմակերպություններին ու մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպաններին՝ պատժել այդ ոճրագործությունը կատարած դահիճին ու դրան հերոսացնողին:
Ըստ բանախոսի՝ այս անգամ էլ ձեռագիրը նույնն էր՝ ինչպես տարիներ առաջ Հունգարիայում. Ռամիր Սաֆարովը, ով նենգաբար սպանեց քնած մարդուն, Ալիևի կողմից, ամբողջ աշխարհի աչքի առջև պատժից ազատվեց և տեղափոխվեց Բաքու, մեքենա նվեր ստացավ, զինվորական բարձր կոչում՝ նույնիսկ ազգային հերոսի, այդպես էլ հիմա՝ ճակատն են համբուրում ոճրագործի:
«Զարմանում եմ ամբողջ մարդկության վրա՝ ոչ մի բան չեն ասում, ձեռքը չեն բռնում , չեն ասում՝ դու հանցագործին չես պատժում, այլ պարգևատրում ու հերոսացնում ես. բոլոր միջազգային կառույցներն աչք են փակել դրա վ րա: Եթե ժամանակին միջազգային կառույցները միջոցներ ձեռնարկեին, երբ կացնահարեցին Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին, այս բանը տեղի չէր ունենա՝ այսօր չէր պարգևատրվի ու «հերոսացվի» պատերազմի ժամանակ զինվորին գլխատած չարագործը»,-նշեց Հուսիկ Ֆերոյանը՝ հավելելով, որ իրենց կոչը միջազգային մարդասիրական կազմակերպություններին, Եվրոպայի խորհրդին, Միավորված Ազգերի կազմակերպությանը մեկն է՝ պատժել մարդասպանին նաև կիրառելով տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ:
«Մենք դարեր շարունակ ապրել ենք հայ ժողովրդի կողքին: Շուրջ մեկ հազարամյակ եղել ենք հայի կողքին, հայն էլ կանգնել է մեր կողքին: Այսօր էլ հայոց բանակի զինվոր է գլխատվել, կարևոր չէ, որ եզդի է, կամ էլ ազգային այլ փոքրամասնության ներկայացուցիչ, կաևորն այն է, որ հայոց բանակի զինվոր է գլխատվում ու թշնամի երկրի նախագահը ոճրագործին պարգևատրում է:
Սա դեմ է մարդկության բոլոր չափանիշներին: Պատերազմը՝ պատերազմ, բայց նման ձև տականքություն՝ դա չափից վեր է»,-հավելեց «Հյուսիսային մարզերի եզդիների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Հուսիկ Ֆերոյանը:
