ՀՀ նախագահի խոսնակ. Հայաստանում հետևում են Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնյաների զառանցանք-հայտարարությունների շքերթին

Հայաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Հակոբյանը NEWS.am-ի խնդրանքով անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ օրենքի նախագիծը ՀՀ կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում ներառելու շուրջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի, Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության և այլ պաշտոնյաների հայտարարություններին:
«Ավաղ, Ադրբեջանում այնքան երկար են ապրել բռնապետության ներքո, որ արդեն անգամ իշխանության ամենաբարձր օղակներում են մոռացել, որ այլ երկրներում սովորաբար լինում են նաև բանտերից դուրս գտնվող մարդիկ, ովքեր ընդդիմադիր են, այլ երկրներում բանտերից դուրս գտնվող ընդդիմադիրները, պատկերացնու՞մ եք, իրավունք ունեն օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ առաջ քաշել և այլ երկրներում, օ՜ զարմանք, կառավարությունները պարտավոր են իրենց նիստերի օրակարգում ներառել ընդդիմադիրների նախաձեռնությունները և քննարկել դրանք:
Այս պահին Հայաստանում հետևում են Ադրբեջանի բարձրաստիճան տարբեր պաշտոնյաների զառանցանք-հայտարարությունների շքերթին, որոնք զարմանքից բացի միայն զվարճանք կարող են առաջացնել: Տպավորություն է, թե Ադրբեջանում անգամ ժողովրդավարության մասին գրքերն են վերացել, որոնք կարելի է կարդալ ու տեղեկանալ»,- նշել է նա:
Վլադիմիր Հակոբյանը նաեւ նկատեց. «Թող ոչ ոք չկասկածի, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը պաշտոնապես ճանաչելու դեպքում բոլորն այդ մասին առաջինը կլսեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի շուրթերից»։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր NEWS.am-ը, ՀՀ կառավարությունը կքննարկի «Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը, որն օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության կարգով ներկայացրել են Ազգային ժողովի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը եւ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը:
