Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանին և միջազգային հանրությանը վերջին ու արքայական զգուշացումն է անում

Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մի քիչ խառնաշփոթ կա մեդիա դաշտում՝ կապված Կառավարության օրակարգում «Արցախ ճանաչման մասին» օրինագծին ընդգրկելուն հավանակություն տալու հարցում։ Ըստ Շավարշ Քոչարյանի, խոսքը ոչ թե օրինագիծն ընդգրկելու մասին է, այլ նրա, որ Հայաստանը բաց տեքստով ասում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նոր ագրեսիայի դեպքում կգործարկվի Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման իրավական մեխանիզմը։
Սա վերջին ու ինչպես ասվում է՝ արքայական նախազգուշացումն է բոլոր կողմերին, որովհետև այդ մեխանիզմի գործարկումից հետո մենք հատում ենք այն Ռուբիկոնը, որից հետո վերադարձ էլ չկա։ Այսինքն՝ ստեղծվում է մի իրականություն, որտեղ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի հանգուցալուծումը հնարավոր է միայն ու միայան կողմերից մեկնումեկի լիակատար ռազմա-քաղաքական պարտության պարագայում, որովհետև ճանաչելով Արցախը՝ Հայաստանը ճանաչում է նաև Արցախի սահմանադրությունը, որը հստակ ամրագրում է նաև Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն այն սահմաններում, որով պահպանվում էր ստատուս քվոն։
Հետևաբար, նման սցենարի դեպքում, Ադրբեջանին չի մնում ոչինչ, բացի լիամասշտաբ պատերազմի դիմելուց՝ կործանարար հետևանքներով, կամ էլ, որ ավելի քիչ հավանական է՝ իրականության հետ համակերպվելը։ Ցանկացած պարագայում լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմն անխուսափելի է թվում, եթե Ռուսաստանն ու Ամերիկան չգործարկեն իրենց բոլոր ազդեցության մեխանիզմները Ադրբեջանի դեմ, ինչը ևս քիչ հավանական է թվում։
Այնպես որ, ժողովուրդ ջան, շարունակում ենք իրերը կոչել իրենց անուններով, չենք վախենում բարձր ասել այն, ինչ գիտեինք բոլորս, բայց չէինք, ասում, որ աչքով չտանք հեղհեղուկ խաղաղությանը և պահպանում ենք զգոնությունը։ Մեր միակ հուսալի դաշնակիցը հիմա բանակն է և այս ամենում ամեն ինչ կախված է, թե որքան ամուր կգտնվի այն՝ ցանկացած սցենարի պարագայում, իսկ ամուր բանակը կարող է լինել միայն ամուր և միասնական թիկունք ունենալու պարագայում։
