Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության (ԺԴԿ) խմբակցության անդամ Գարո Փայլանը հայտարարել է, որ քուրդ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից  զրկելու հարցով մայիսի 2-ին խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցած քննարկումների ժամանակ իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) պատգամավորների կողմ ից ինքը հարձակման է ենթարկվել ծագումով հայ լինելու համար: Այս մասին թուրքական Bianet կայքին այսօր տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել է ինքը` Գարո Փայլանը:

«Բացահայտ է, որ ԱԶԿ-ի պատգամավորներն ինձ թիրախավորել էին, որովհետեւ բազմաթիվ ԱԶԿ-ականներ ծրագրված կերպով հարձակվեցին հենց ինձ վրա: 20-30 վայրկյանի ընթացքում նրանք ինձ 100-ից ավելի հարվածներ հասցրեցին: Դրանից հետո էլ իմ հասցեին ռասիստական եւ ատելության հայհոյանքներ տեղացին», -ասել է նա:

Նրա խոսքով` իր վրա ԱԶԿ-ականները հարձակվել են այն բանից հետո, երբ ինքը հերքել է Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարարի կողմից այն պնդումը, թե նախորդ նիստում ԺԴԿ-ի պատգամավորները բռնություն են գործադրել այլ պատգամավորների նկատմամբ:

«Ես միայն ասացի, որ ոչ, դա այդպես չէ: Որից հետո 10-15 մարդ փորձեց ինձ լինչի դատաստանի ենթարկել: Հարձակումը ծրագրված բնույթի էր եւ ծագել էր իմ հայ լինելու պատճառով: Այդ մասին տեսանյութը հրապարակել եմ սոցիալական մեդիայում: Ցանկացողները կարող են համոզվել դրանում», -ասել է Փայլանը:

Նա մեկ փաստ էլ է բերել այն մասին, որ իր վրա հարձակվողներն իրար ասում էին. «Գարոն այստեղ է, Գարոն այստեղ է»:

Հայ պատգամավորն անիմաստ է համարել միջադեպը դատական ատյան փոխադրելու կայքի առաջարկը` նշելով, որ եթե դա կատարվում է Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում, ապա ի՞նչ պետք է ինքը սպասի ԱԶԿ-ի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող թուրքական արդարադատությունից: «Ես դա թողնում եմ թուրքական հասարակության խղճին», -հավելել է նա:

«Նրանք չեն կարողանում մարսել, որ հայի ինքնությամբ մեկը բացահայտում է իրենց ստերը եւ չի ընկրկում: Նրանք ուզում են իրենց առաջ տեսնել հավատարմության երդում տված հայի եւ ոչ թե արդարություն պահանջող հայի», -ընդգծել է Փայլանը:

Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի սահմանադրական հանձնաժողովը վավերացրել է քրդամետ ԺԴԿ-ի խմբակցության որոշ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու մասին իշխող ԱԶԿ խմբակցության հանձնարարականով Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարարության ներկայացրած սամանադրական փոփոխության առաջարկը:

Քուրդ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու պահանջն առաջադրել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, ինչով նա ցանկանում է խորհրդարանից հեռացնել միակ քրդական ԺԴԿ-ի ակտիվ խորհրդարանականներին:
