Փոխգնդապետը զինվորին վիրավորանք է հասցրել

Արարատի եւ Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել փոխգնդապետի կողմից զինվորին իր համածառայակիցների առաջ ստորացնելու փաստի առթիվ:
Մասնավորապես, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ 58831 զորամասի զրահատանկային գումարտակի հրամանատար, կոչումով` փոխգնդապետ Արթուր Համբարձումյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2015թ-ի փետրվարին նույն զորամասի ճաշարանում այնտեղ եղած աղմուկի պատճառով ներկա շարքային անձնակազմին իր կողմից տրված ոտքի հրամանը չկատարելու վերաբերյալ պարզաբանման ընթացքում վիրավորանք է հասցրել իր նկատմամբ ստորադաս հանդիսացող նույն զորամասի երրորդ գումարտակի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Գոռ Մաթևոսյանին: Վերջինիս պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունն անպարկեշտ ձևով ստորացնելով` զինվորի ծնոտն ուռած լինելու եւ ցավեր ունենալու, ինչպես նաեւ հրամանը չլսելու պատճառաբանության պայմաններում, անձնակազմի ներկայությամբ քաշքշել է նրա օձիքից, ապա պատռել է տղայի հագին եղած շապիկը:
Փոխգնդապետը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 360-րդ հոդվածի երկրրոդ մասով, ըստ որի զինվորականի նկատմամբ հետեւյալ պատիժներից մեկը կսահմանվի՝ առավելագույնը երեք ամիս ժամկետով կալանք, առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով կարգապահական գումարտակում պահելով, առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում:
Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց են կիրառել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
