Հակառակորդի զորքի տեղաշարժն ու կուտակումները գտնվում են ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների վերահսկողության ներքո

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը դժվարանում է հստակ ասել, թե ինչ նպատակ է հետապնդում հակառակորդը՝ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանկաան շփման գծում զորքերի տեղաշարժ և կուտակումներ իրականացնելու եղանակով, սակայն նկատում է, որ հակառակորդի կողմից մշտապես իրականացվում են զորաշարժեր ու կուտակումներ: «Ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված այդ տեղաշարժը,  ; չեմ կարող ասել, որովհետև հակառակորդը բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով փորձում է քողարկել իր նպատակները, բայց այդ կուտակումները մշտական են, անցած օրերի ընթացքում այդ գործընթացը շեշտակի փոփոխություններ չի կրել: Նրանք էլ երեկ իրենց հայտարարության մեջ չեն հերքել և ասել են, որ այդ տեղաշարժերը մշտապես իրականացնում են»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:
Հարցին, թե այսինքն պետք չէ՞ մտածել, որ հակառակորդն այդպիսով նոր հարձակում է նախատեսում, Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանեց. «Հստակ գնահատական տալ չեմ կարող: Ամենակարևորն այստեղ այն է, որ պաշտպանության բանակը իր բոլոր հետախուզական միջոցներով այդ ամենը ֆիքսում է ու կանխարգելիչ տեղեկություն է տալիս, որ հակառակորդի գործուենությունն իրենց համար տեսանելի է»:
Նա հավելեց, որ ակտիվ մարտական գործողությունների փուլից հետո պաշտպանության բանակի ստորաբաժանումները համապատասխան աստիճանի են բերվել, հետևաբար անակնկալության գործոնն ավելի է նվազել: «Իսկ թե ինչպես եղավ ապրիլյան հարձակման ժամանակ, պետք է ասեմ, որ կան ռազմական խորամանկության հնարքներ: Նրանց խորամանկության քայլերի դրսևորումները շուրջ տարի ու կես են տևել: Հիմա նրանք ակտիվ տեղաշարժ են իրականացնում, իսկ պաշտպանության բանակի ստորաբաժանումները կազմ ու պատրաստ են»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե հայկական կողմին անակնկալի բերելու գործոնը նվազել է, սակայն չի բացառվում, Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանեց. «Պատերազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ որևէ մեկը չի կարող բացառել, որ դիմացինի գործողությունները քեզ համար անակնկալ չեն լինի: Դա գիտություն է: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, որպեսզի դու հակառակորդի գործողությունների տեղը, ժամը, ձևը, վայրը իմանաս, պետք է հակառակորդի գլխավոր շտաբի փաստաթղթերը ձեռքիդ տակ լինի: Դա էլ դեռ հարց է՝ ամեն ինչ այդ պլանո՞վ կանեն, թե իրավիճակի հետ կապված կարող է ինչ-որ բան փոխվել»:
