 Իրանը կարող Է  4-5 տարվա ընթացքում տեխնոլոգիական ցատկ կատարել օտարերկրյա ներդրումների եւ տեխնոլոգիաների օգնությամբ: Երկրում տեխնոլոգիական արտադրությունների զարգացման հեռանկարի այս գնահատականն Է տվել Իսլամական Հանրապետության նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանին՝ ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես գալով Թեհրանի Գրքի 29-րդ միջազգային տոնավաճառի բացմանը, տեղեկաց նում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը: 

«Ոմանք պնդում են, որ մենք կկարողանայինք մեր տնտեսությունն ինքնուրույն զարգացնել առանց օտարերկրյա ներդրումների եւ տեխնոլոգիաների օգնության եւ լավ արդյունքների հասնել: Այո, դա այդպես Է: Բայց դա կպահանջեր 40-50 տարի, ոչ պակաս: Իսկ այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք բացվել են Թեհրանի եւ համաշխարհային վեց տերությունների միջեւ միջուկային համաձայնագրի իրականացման կապակցությամբ, թույլ են տալիս նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաները ներդնել արդեն այսօր եւ տեխնոլոգիական ցատկ կատարել 4-5 տարվա ընթացքում: Ես չեմ կասկածում, որ Իրանի ժողովուրդը կկատարի իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները»,-ընդգծել Է երկրի գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարը:

Միաժամանակ Հասան Ռոուհանին նշել Է, որ միջուկային գործարքը, Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագիրը (ԳՀՀԾ), վերացնելով իրանական տնտեսության համար առավել ծանր մի շարք պատժամիջոցներ, որոնք ավելի վաղ սահմանվել Էին Թեհրանի միջուկային ծրագրի կապակցությամբ, «կծառայի ոչ միայն  Իրանի ու նրա ժողովրդի, այլեւ աշխարհի բոլոր ժողովուրդների շահերին»:

«Ներկայում Արեւմուտքի կամ Ասիայի երկրներից բանակցությունների համար մեզ մոտ ժամանող պատվիրակություններից յուրաքանչյուրը տասնյակ համաձայնագրեր Է բերում: Փաստորեն Իրանի համար տնտեսական եւ մշակութային նոր տարածության ստեղծման գործընթաց Է տեղի ունենում»,- հավելել Է Իրանի նախագահը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
