Հայաստանի միջին կրթական մակարդակը բավականին բարձր է. ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Եվրոպական Միության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկուն: Ողջունելով դեսպանին` նախարարը նշել է, որ Եվրոպական Միությունը կարևոր գործունեություն է ծավալում մեր երկրում և ուրախալի է, որ համագործակցության շրջանակն ընդգրկում է նաև կրթության ոլորտը: Նախարար Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ ներկայում նախարարությունում լուրջ գործընթ ացներ է ընթանում բուհական համակարգի բովանդակության վերափոխման ուղղությամբ, լրամշակվում է «Բարձրագույն կրթության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը, ինչպես նաև քննարկումներ են ընթանում «Կրթության ազգային ծրագրի» ուղղությամբ, ուստի այս առումով նախարարն ակնկալում է Եվրամիության աջակցությունը:
Դեսպան Սվիտալսկին իր հերթին կարևորել է կրթության առանցքային նշանակությունը երկրի զարգացման գործում: Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանը կրթական և գիտական մեծ ներուժ ունի, և պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի աջակցության գործում: «Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգում ներդրումներ անելը մեծ հեռանկար ունի, այդ մասին են փաստում կրթության համակարգի տարբեր օղակներում իմ հանդիպումները: Ուզում եմ փաստել, որ շատ երկրների համեմատ Հայաստանի միջին կրթական մակարդակը բավականին բարձր է: Ես լիահույս եմ, որ մենք կկարողանանք ուղենշել մեծ հեռանկար ունեցող Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի այն ոլորտները, որտեղ համագործակցության եզրեր կգտնենք»,-նշել է Սվիտալսկին: Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության նախաձեռնությունը` կրթության ոլորտում օրենքների մշակման ուղղությամբ, հստակ ազդակ է Եվրոպական Միության հետ համագործակցության համար:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել միջին մասնագիտական համակարգում նախատեսվող «Ավելի լավ որակավորում ավելի լավ աշխատանքի համար» ԵՄ բյուջետային աջակցություն ծրագրին, որն ուղղված է գյուղատնտեսական ուսումնական հաստատությունների զարգացմանն ու հզորացմանը, գյուղատնտեսական ՄԿՈՒ հաստատությունների մանկավարժների վերապատրաստմանը և այլ հարցերի:
Քննարկվել են նաև կրթության ոլորտում հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրերին, երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համագործակցությանը վերաբերող այլ հարցեր:
