Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտը համարվում է գերակա ճյուղերից ՀՀ տնտեսության համար: Պետական աջակցությունից զատ, ակտիվ աշխատանք է գնում արտասահմանյան համագործակցության ընդլայնման հարցում: Միջազգային փորձի փոխանակումը և համագործակցությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս դնել զարգացման նոր պահանջներ:
Օրերս քննարկվել է հայ-գերմանական համագործակցության նոր ուղիները այս ոլորտում: Համագործակցությունը ունի երկար տարիների փորձ:
Կարելի է առանձնացնել անտառավերականգնման, ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ծարագրերը, այդ թվում` Կապսի և Մաստարայի ջրամբարների վերակառուցումը:
Հնարավոր է, որ մոտ ապագայում համագործակցությունը ընդլայնվի նաև գինեգործության և ձկնաբուծության ոլորտներում:
Քննարկվում է նաև ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգերի և հակակարկտային ցանցերի արտադրության կազմակերպման հնարավորությունը: Կարծում եմ թե այս և վերը նշված հարցերում համաձայնության գալը զգալի ազդեցություն կունենա գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման վրա:
