«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» ՀԿ-ն հանուն հայրենիքի պաշտպանության կամավորների ցուցակագրում է հայտարարել։

Հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես գրված է, որ 1994թ. մայիսի զինադադարից հետո խաղաղություն չհաստատվեց: «Ջախջախված հակառակորդն օգտվեց առիթից եւ ժամանակն օգտագործեց հզորանալու եւ պատերազմը շարունակելու համար: 2014թ. օգոստոսից սկսած՝ նա մեր դեմ վարում է սողացող պատերազմ եւ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ ավելի ու ավելի ծանր հարվածներ է հասցնում՝ նպատակ ունենալով այդպես արնաքամ անել մեզ եւ մի օր լայնածավալ պատերազմի միջոցով ոչնչացնել մեր երկիրը»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ինչպես հայտնում են կազմակերպության վարչությունից, ապրիլի սկզբին տեղի ունեցած աննախադեպ մասշտաբի եւ ակտիվության ռազմական գործողություններից հետո ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ հակառակորդն ամեն պահի կարող է սկսել այդ լայնածավալ պատերազմը, մինչդեռ երկրի «քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը» համարժեք քայլեր չի կատարում մարդկային ու այլ ռեսուրսները մոբիլիզացնելու եւ մեր գլխին կախված նոր ցեղասպանության ու հայրենազրկման վերահաս սպառնալիքը չեզոքացնելու համար:

Նրանց համոզմամբ՝ հայությունը, հաշվի առնելով վիճակի օրհասականությունը, պարտավոր է «քաղաքական ղեկավարության» որոշումներին սպասելու փոխարեն հասարակական հիմունքներով ինքնակազմակերպվել՝ մեզ ոչնչացնելու նպատակ ունեցող հակառակորդին գլխովին ջախջախելու ու ծնկի բերելու հրամայականով: Ողջունելով մինչ օրս խրամատում կանգնած զինվորին աջակցելու համար առանձին խմբերով ու անհատապես ճակատ մեկնած կամավորներին՝ Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկները, միևնույն ժամանակ, հորդորում են ճիշտ գնահատել ուժերը եւ փաստել, որ հակառակորդին ծնկի բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է համախմբել ամբողջ հայության ներուժը եւ կազմակերպվել որպես ազգ-բանակ:

«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, նախագահ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի գլխավորությամբ, ղեկավարվելով ազգ-բանակի վերածվելու եւ հակառակորդին ծնկի բերելու հրամայականով, հայտարարում է կամավորների ցուցակագրում:

Այս հայտարարությամբ կոչ է արվում քսանից բարձր տարիք ունեցող հայաստանաբնակ եւ արտերկրաբնակ տղամարդկանց ու կանանց ցուցակագրվել եւ պատրաստ լինել մասնակցելու հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը, ինչպես մարտի դաշտում, այնպես էլ՝ թիկունքում։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ «Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» ՀԿ-ն դիմելու է Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը՝ կամավորների մասնագիտական, մարտական եւ ֆիզիկական պատրաստման համար միջոցներ տրամադրելու եւ պայմաններ ստեղծելու, ինչպես նաեւ ռազմական գործողությունների դեպքում ՀՀ Զինված ուժերում նրանց ըստ մասնագիտական եւ ֆիզիկական կարողությունների ներառելու հարցով:
