Թուրքիայում քուրդ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու որոշում է ընդունել

Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի սահմանադրական հանձնաժողովը վավերացրել է քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության խմբակցության պատգամավորների հետ Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցության (ԺԴԿ) խմբակցության որոշ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու մասին սամանադրական փոփոխության առաջարկը, որը իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) խմբակցության հանձնարարականով խորհրդարան էր ներկայացրել Արդարադատության ն ախարարությունը:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Անատոլու» լրատվական գործակալությունը:

Այժմ արդեն չեղյալ է հանդիսանում թուրքական սահմանադրության 83-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված մի շարք պատգամավորների օրինական անձեռնմխելիությունը:

Սահմանադրական փոփոխությանը «կողմ» են քվեարկել թուրքական խորհրդարանում 4 խորհրդարանական խմբակցություններից իշխող ԱԶԿ-ի եւ Ազգայնական շարժում կուսակցության խմբակցությունների պատգամավորները, այն դեպքում, երբ ԺԴԿ-ի պատգամավորները լքել են նիստերի դահլիճը:

Առաջարկը թուրքական խորհրդարան էր ներկայացվել ապրիլի 1-ին, որով պահանջվել է պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկել ԺԴԿ-ի համանախագահՍալահեթդին Դեմիրթաշին եւ կուսակցության մի շարք այլ պատգամավորների:

ԱԶԿ-ին դուր չի եկել, որ ԺԴԿ-ի պատգամավորները մասնակցում են թուրք-քրդական բախումներում զոհված Քուրդիստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության (ՔԱԿ) ազատամարտիկների հուղարկավորություններին:

Որոշումն ընդունված օրից առաջիկա 15 օրերի ընթացքում կսկսվի հիշյալ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից «օրենքով» զրկելու գործընթացը:

Քուրդ պատգամավորներին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու պահանջն առաջադրել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, ինչով նա ցանկանում է խորհրդարանից հեռացնել միակ քրդական ԺԴԿ-ի ակտիվ խորհրդարանականներին:
