Հայաստանի և Քուվեյթի արդարադատության նախարարները համագործակցության խորացման նոր նախադրյալներ են տեսնում

Քուվեյթի Պետությունում պաշտոնական այցով գտնվող ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը մայիսի 1-ին հանդիպել է Քուվեյթի Պետության արդարադատության, կրոնական կալվածքների և իսլամական հարցերի նախարար Յաքուբ Աբդ ալ-Մոհսեն ալ-Սանիեի հետ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հյուրընկալության համար և բարձր գնահատելով երկու երկրների միջև բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, նշել է, որ արդարադատության ոլորտում համագործակցությունը մեծ դեր ունի երկու երկրների միջև առկա բարեկամական հարաբերությունների խորացման հարցում:
Այդ համատեքստում Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը կարևորել է երկու երկրների Արդարադատության նախարարությունների միջև ստորագրվելիք համագործակցության մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը և ընդգծել, որ այն նոր լիցք կհաղորդի երկու երկրների արդարադատության նախարարությունների միջև արդյունավետ և բազմակողմ հարաբերություններին:
Քուվեյթի Պետության արդարադատության, կրոնական կալվածքների և իսլամական հարցերի նախարարը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հրավերն ընդունելու համար, նշել է, որ այս տարի Երևանում ստորագրված միջպետական համաձայնագիրը սկիզբ է դրել երկու երկրների արդարադատության նախարարությունների միջև համագործակցության խորացմանը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին երկու երկրների արդարադատության նախարարները ստորագրել են փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր, որն ուղղված է քրեական, քաղաքացիական օրենսդրության, դատական գործերի աջակցության կազմակերպման, իրավական օգնության, իրավաբանական անձանց գրանցման ու երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ ոլորտներում համագործակցությանը:
Այնուհետև Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը այցելել է Քուվեյթի պետության Իրավական և դատական ինստիտուտ, նույն օրը հանդիպել նաև Քույվեյթի Բարձրագույն դատարանի նախագահի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր:
