Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այն իրողությունը, որ արևելքում Հայաստանին հարևան արհեստածին պետության՝ Ադրբեջանի իշխող վարչակարգը զբաղված է պատմության կեղծմամբ, ավելի լավ, քան նրա հարևան ժողովուրդները, ոչ ոք չգիտի: Հատկապես Հայաստանի և Իրանի տարածքներից մինչև պատմությունն ու մշակույթը փնթի ու անհաջող կերպով զավթելով ու յուրացնելով զբաղված Ալիևյան բռնապետության մոտ պատմություն կեղծելը նաև ներքին քաղաքականության առանցքային ուղղություններից է վերածվել, և այնքան ակնհայտ, որ դրանից արդեն անթաքույց կերպով դժգոհում է նաև ադրբեջանական հասարակությունը:
Մի պարզ օրինակ՝ «ադրբեջանական փողոցից» փոխանցված ամենավստահելի տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ այդ երկրի դպրոցների 4-րդ դասարանի քննաթերթիկներում ներառված հարցերից մեկն ունի հետևյալ բովանդակությունը՝ «Ո՞վ է ժամանակակից Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հիմնադիրը». պատասխանի հնարավոր տարբերակներն են՝ ա. Մեմեդ Էմին Ռասուլզադե, բ. Հեյդար Ալիև, գ. Իլհամ Ալիև»։ Քննության ընթացքում աշակերտների մեծամասնությունը նշել է «բ» տարբերակը, որը, բնականաբար, սխալ տարբերակն է: 
Վերոնշյալի պատճառով ադրբեջանական փողոցում քննադատության մեծ ալիք է բարձրացել բարձրագույն իշխանությունների և հատկապես Ալիև ընտանիքի հանդեպ՝ առ այն, որ նրանց վարած քաղաքականության պատճառով երիտասարդ սերունդը չի տիրապետում պատմական ճշմարտությանը, քանի որ երկրում ամեն ինչ կապվում է այդ ընտանիքի հետ, իսկ հանգուցյալ Հեյդար Ալիևին նպատակաուղղված կերպով ցանկանում են վերածվել համազգային կուռքի...
