Պետության կողմից ներգրավված տարբեր ֆինանսական աջակցությունների և տարատեսակ վարկերի արդյունավետ կիրառումը կարող է ոչ միայն օգնել լուծելու այս կամ այն ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները, այլ նաև նպաստելու հետագայում այդ գումարների վերադարձման աղբյուրների ստեղծմանը կամ զարգացմանը:
Մեր երկրի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգի կայունություն շատ կարևոր է տնտեսության համար: Այն զարգացնելու նպատակով ՀԲ-ից Հայաստանին հատկացվելու է 30 միլիոն դոլարի արտոնյալ վարկ։
Վերը նշված գումարներով հնարավոր կլինի նաև
փոխհատուցել «Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ում» եւ ՀԱԷԿ-ում վերջին 5 տարիներին առաջացած պարտքերի մի մասը: Հատկանշական է, որ նախկինում պետության կողմից այս ոլորտում ուղված գումարների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել մարել «Նաիրիտի» աշխատողների աշխատավարձը և ապահովել այդ գործարանի անվտանգությունը: Մարվել են նաև «Վանաձոր Քիմպրոմի» կուտակված պարտքերը:
Պետությունը հնարավորինս աջակցում է գործարաններին, սակայն հավելյալ գումարներ ոլորտի ընդանուր թարմացման համար իհարկե անհրաժեշտ են: Հատկանշական է, որ տրամադրվող վարկի մարման ժամկետը 25 տարի է, որից
որից 14 տարին արտոնյալ է, ինչը խոսում է կքնված գործարքի արդյունավետության և հեռանկարային լինելու մասին:
