Ռուսաստանը եւ ԱՄՆ-ը հայտարարել են Հալեպում հնարավոր հրադադարի մասին

Ռուսական հրամանատարության ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարել է, որ Սիրիայում բանակցություններ են ընթանում Հալեպի շրջանում հնարավոր ժամանակավոր հրադադարի շուրջ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Սիրիայի տարածքում հակամարտող կողմերի հաշտեցման ռուսական համակարգող կենտրոնի ղեկավար գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սերգեյ Կուրալենկոն հայտնել է, որ երկրում այժմ ակտիվ բանակցություններ են ընթանում Հալեպի շրջանում «լռության ռեժիմի» հաստատման շուրջ:
«Ներկայում ակտիվ բանակցային աշխատանք է ընթանում Հալեպի նահանգում լռության ռեժիմի հաստատման շուրջ»,- հայտարարել է ՌԴ ներկայացուցիչը: Նա չի պարզաբանել, թե հատկապես ովքեր են վարում այդ բանակցությունները:
Միացյալ Նահանգները հայտարարել է, որ Հալեպի շրջանում կրակի դադարեցումը ներկայում գերակայություն է սիրիական հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված աշխատանքում:
Ինչպես նշում Է BBC-ն, վերջին օրերին Հալեպում հրետակոծումների եւ ավիահարձակումների հետեւանքով ավելի քան 250 մարդ է զոհվել: Մայիսի 1-ին ապստամբների ուժերը հրետակոծության են ենթարկել քաղաքի այն մասը, որը գտնվում է կառավարական ուժերի հսկողության ներքո: Սիրիայի օդուժը տասից ավելի ավիահարվածներ է հասցրել Հալեպի՝ ապստամբների հսկողության ներքո գտնվող շրջաններին:
ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին, որը մայիսի 1-ին ժամանել է Ժնեւ՝ Սիրիայի շուրջ բանակցություններ վարելու ՄԱԿ-ի հատուկ դեսպանորդ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրայի եւ Հորդանանի ու Սաուդյան Արաբիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ, հայտարարել է Սիրիայի ամբողջ տարածքում կրակի դադարեցման անհրաժեշտության մասին:
Քերին ասել է, թե հույս ունի Ժնեւի բանակցություններում առաջընթացի հասնել Սիրիայում մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման գործում եւ ակնկալում է, որ Բաշար Ասադի ռեժիմը այդ հարցում կընդառաջի Ռուսաստանին:
