Մարտական գործողությունների գոտում գտնվող մի շարք կամավորական ջոկատների հրամանատարները երիտասարդներին են դիմել են դիրքեր գալու կոչով։ 

Հրամանատարների հայտարարության մեջ նշված է.

«Մեզ հերթափոխի գալու սպասող տղե´րք, որ միասին անցանք Արցախյան ազատամարտի արահետներով, մեր սերնդի ինքնաբուխ պոռթկումով կազմավորած կամավորական ջոկատների տարեց մարտիկներն փոխարինելու եկող երիտասարդներ,

Հիմա ահեղ ու դավադիր լռություն է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը երիզող դիրքերում: Մե´ր դիմացից դեռ քառորդ դար առաջ փախչող, իսկ այսօր մեր զինվոր որդիների ու կամավորագիր եղբայրների դեմ անզոր թշնամու դարանակալ գործողություններով բնորոշվող վտանգաշատ անորոշություն է տիրում Արցախի ու Հայաստանի սահմաններում: Այն համընկավ տխրահամբավ «Օղակ» գործողության` Գետաշենի, Մարտունաշենի, Հադրութի ծայրակետային գյուղերի, Գորիսի ու Նոյեմբերյանի շեների վրա հակառակորդի հարձակումների 25-րդ տարելիցին: Բայց հիշենք, որ այդ դժվարին ժամանակների ց ընդամենը մեկ տարի անց` 1992-ի մայիսին Շուշի բերդաքաղաքի դարձակետային գրոհն էինք նախապատրաստում:

Մենք «սմենափոխի» ժամանակը լրանալուն պես ետ դարձողներ չենք,  Արցախի դիրքերում ենք տոնելու Շուշիի ու Բեռլինի ազատագրման տարեդարձերը, բայց ապրիլյան հարձակումները ետ մղելուց հետո, հասկանում եք, թե որքան կարևոր և անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի թարմ ուժեր լինեն մեր կողքին:
