«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Պարզվում է՝ թանկ կամ բիզնես դասի ավիատոմսերից օգտվելու սովորություն ունի նաեւ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Կառավարության կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ մարտի 27-30-ը Երեւան-Փարիզ-Ժնեւ-Լոնդոն-Վաշինգթոն մեի բիզնես դասի համար ԱԳՆ-ն «Ատլանտիս տուր 4+1» ընկերությանը վճարել է 3 մլն 579 հազար 578 դրամ կամ 7300 դոլար: իսկ նույն չվերթի արդեն էկոնոմ դասի մեկ ավիատոմսի համար վճարվել է մոտ 3 անգամ ավելի քիչ՝ 1 մլն 198 հազար դրամ: ԱԱմենայն հավանականությամբ բիզնես դասի տոմսը գնվել է Նալբանդյանի, իսկ էկոնոմ դասինը՝ նրան ուղեկցող ԱԳՆ որեւէ պաշտոնյայի համար: բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ ԱԳՆ-ն միայն այս 2 ավիատոմսի համար վճարել է մոտ 10 հազար դոլար: Իսկ չվերթից ընդամենը օրեր հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարում է, որ հայկական բանակը կռվում է 80-ականների զենքով:

Համեմատության համար նշենք նաեւ, որ անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը ԵՏՄ վարչապետների խորհրդի նիստին մասնակցելու համար Երեւանից Գրոդնո մեկնելու համար վարձել էր վրացական «Ջորջիան Էյրվեյս» ավիաընկերությանը պատկանող «Գոլֆստրիմ-450» մակնիշի օդանավը, որի ծառայության համար վճարել է 13 մլն 166 հազար 800 դրամին համարժեք դոլար (27 հազար 430 դոլար): Ընդ որում, վրացական ավիաընկերությունը տարել, մեկ օր սպասել եւ վերադարձրել է մերոնց հայրենից:

Ավելացնենք նաեւ, որ ապրիլյան այն օրերին, երբ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանին թեժ մարտեր էին գնում, Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն զբաղված էր իր նոր տարածքների ներքին հարդարմամբ: Կառավարության կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ պատերազմական ամենաթեժ օրերին՝ ապրիլի 4-ին, ԱԳՆ-ն պայմանագիր է կնքել «Անի դիզայն» ընկերության հետ, որ 8,5 մլն դրամով գնի մոտ 650 մետր վարագույր ու 40 մետր վարագույրի քիվեր»:
