Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը ԸՕ-ի շուրջ քաղաքական ուժերի կոնսենսուսը կայացած է համարում

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը կարծում է, որ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ քաղաքական ուժերի միջև կոնսենսուսն արդեն կայացել է: Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվել է 98 կ ողմ ձայներով:
«Կոնսենսուսն արդեն կայացել է, ես չեմ ցանկանում հաշվի նստել առանձին քաղաքական գործիչների հետ: Բացի ՕԵԿ-ից, որը քվեարկությանը չի մասնակցել, բոլոր խմբակցություններից էլ եղել են մարդիկ, ովքեր կողմ են քվեարկել նախագծին»,- նշեց Բաղդասարյանը:
Պատգամավորը հավելեց, որ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ քննարկումները շարունակվելու են առաջինից երկրորդ ընթերցման ռեժիմում: Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ ընթացքում պատգամավորները կարող են ներկայացնել իրենց առաջարկները, եթե լինեն կառուցողական առաջարկներ, դրանք կընդունվեն և համապատասխան փոփոխություններ կարող են կատարվել:
«Ես այն կարծիքին եմ, որ եթե քաղաքական ուժերը ցուցաբերեն կառուցողական մոտեցում, կհասկանան, որ այս Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը մեծ քայլ առաջ է` դեպի ժողովրդավարություն»,- ասաց Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ 4+4+4 ձևաչափով քննարկումներին՝ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ ի սկզբանե հայտարարել է, որ այդ քննարկումներից մեծ ակնկալիքներ չունի, որովհետև դրանց մասնակցում են քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնք երբեք չեն ցանկանում տեսնել դրականը:
«Ես ասել եմ, որ կան քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնք անգամ եթե իրենք գրած լինեին Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, միևնույնն է, դժգոհելու էին, որովհետև նրանց նպատակը չէ դրականը տեսնել, կառուցողական մոտեցում ցուցաբերել:
Նրանք շատ լավ հաշվարկել են իրենց ռեսուրսները, գնահատել իրենց կարողությունները և հասկանում են, որ արենայում մնալու համար ընտրություններին ընդառաջ պետք է աղմկեն, քննադատեն, խարխլեն: Մենք, իհարկե, հույս չենք դնում մարդկանց վրա, ովքեր չեն ցանկանում կառուցողական մոտեցում ցուցաբերել, իսկ նրանց գնահատականը կտա ժողովուրդը ընտրությունների ժամանակ»,- եզրափակեց Բաղդասարյանը:
