Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա մայիսի 6-ին

Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա մայիսի 6-ին: Դատական այդ նիստի ընթացքում կհրապարկվեն փորձարարության տեսաձայնագրությունն ու լուսանկարները: Սա այն գործընթացն է, որ ընթացքում Պերմյակովը ներկայացրել է Ավետիսյանների տանն իր գործողությունների մանրամասները:Ինչ վերաբերում է ապրիլի 29-ին ամբաստանյալի նախաքննական ցուցմունքների հրապարակման փուլին, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս կողմից տրված հարցերի պատասխաններին, Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպան, փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը նշեց, որ թեև որոշ հարցերի Պերմյակովը պատասխանեց, սակայն դա «նորություն չէր» իրենց համար: «Թեև հարցերի որոշ պատասխաններ հետաքրքիր էին, մասնավորապես այն, որ երբ Պերմյակովը տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ, նա ընդհանրապես բժշկական հետազոտություն չի անցել:
Մարդ, ով 8 անգամ դասալքություն է կատարել և ով բազմաթիվ անգամներ հոգեբուժական հիմնարկություններում է գտնվել, որոնց մասին փաստաթղթեր կան՝ իր անձնական գործերում, ՀՀ-ում ընդհանրապես հետազոտություն չի անցել ու զարմանալի չէ, որ այս պարագայում նրան զենք են տրամադրել: Եթե պատշաճ հսկողություն իրականացվեր ու նա պատշաճ բուժզննում անցներ, այս ամենը չէր կատարվի: ՌԴ-ում իրեն 3 ամիս զրկել էին զենք կրել, բայց, փաստորեն, ինքը միշտ զենք կրել է: Պերմյակովի պատասխանները միշտ չէ, որ վստահելի էին, երբեմն անհասկանալի էր՝ դա այդպե՞ս է, թե՞ նա միտում ունի որոշակի հանգամանքներ թաքցնելու: Ամեն դեպքում, ես չվստահեցի նրա այն պատասխանին, որ ինքը միշտ զենք կրել է, հատկապես, երբ կա փաստաթուղթ որ ինքն առնվազն 3 ամիս զենք չի կրել: Մնացած առումներով, նա ոչ մի լուրջ նորություն մեզ չհայտնեց»,-նշեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը՝ փաստելով, որ պարզ է այն, որ Պերմյակովը հստակ գիտակցում է իր գործողությունները, հստակ գիտակցում է թե ինչ է պատասխանում: «Որոշ հարցերի նա չէր պատասխանում, կամ խուսափում էր պատասխանել: Բայց մի բան վստահ ասում էր, որ հանցագործություն կատարողն ինքն է, այլ անձիք որևէ կերպ այդ ամենին մաս նակցություն չունեն: Թեև նա ասում էր, որ զղջում է, սակայն, ամենևին իր վարքագծում ու արտաքինի մեջ դա չէր երևում, քանի որ նա ուղղակի ժպտում էր»,-ավելացրեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը:
