Դատավորի օգնականը 1500 դոլար կաշառք է ուզել

Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ դատավորի օգնականի կողմից կաշառք պահանջելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Մասնավորապես, ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ վերոհիշյալ դատարանի դատավոր Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանի օգնական Արմինե Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ամբաստանյալի ծնողից կաշառք պահանջելու համար: Նույն դատարանի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ամբաստանյալ Գարիկ Եսայանի նկատմամբ ազատազրկման հետ չկապված պատժատեսակ նշանակելու համար, դատավորին կաշառք տալու պատրվակով` Արմինե Կարապետյանը ամբաստանյալի մորից` Ալինա Հովհաննիսյանից, 2014թ. խաբեությամբ պահանջել է 619 հազար 935 դրամին համարժեք 1500 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Սակայն Ալինա Հովհաննիսյանը պահանջված գումարը չի տվել:
Այժմ նա մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի երկրորդ կետով: Սրա համաձայն նախկին արդարադատության համակարգի աշխատակիցը կամ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չորսհարյուրապատիկից յոթհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք կվճարի կամ էլ՝ երկուսից վեց տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման կդատապարտվի՝ վճարելով նվազագույն աշխատավարձի առավելագույնը հիսնապատիկի չափով տուգանք կամ առանց դրա:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
