Պերմյակովը դատարանի դահլիճում ընդունեց իրեն ներկայացված բոլոր մեղադրանքները

 Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի յոթ անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունեց բոլոր մեղքերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ` ապրիլի 29-ին ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի տարածքում ընթացող դատական նիստին Պերմյակովի բոլոր նախաքննական ցուցմունքները հրապարակելուց հետո դատախազի հարցին` արդյոք այս ցուցմունքների ժամանակ Պերմյակովի նկատմամբ բռնություն կամ սպառնալիք կիրառվել է, ամբաստանյալը պատասխանեց` ոչ: Մեկ այլ հարցի ի պատասխան` Պերմյակովը նշեց, որ իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչում է ներկայացված բոլոր մեղադրանքներում, ինքն այդ ամենը կատարել է միայնակ: Նա նաև նշեց, որ ընկերների մեջ եղել են հայեր, ում հետ նորմալ հարաբերությունների մեջ է եղել: Պերմյակովը, պատասխանելով դատավարական կողմերի հարցերին, հրաժարվեց բացատրել իր դաջվածքի իմաստը:

«Օդնոկլասսնիկի» սոցցանցում իր գրառումների մասին Պերմյակովը նշեց. «Դրանք իմ գրառումները չեն»: Ծառայության ընթացքում Պերմյակովը երեք ամսով զենք կրելու իրավունք չի ունեցել, ինչպես նշված է եղել քրեական գործում, սակայն Պերմյակովը նշեց, որ այդ մասին տեղյակ չի եղել: Դասալքության պատճառների, զենքով դասալքություն կատարելու վերաբերյալ հարցերին ամբաստանյալը հրաժարվեց պատասխանել: Պերմյակովը նշեց, որ չի կարող նկարագրել Ավետիսյանների տան ճանապարհը, քանի որ չի հիշում: Չի հիշում նաև, թե ինչպես է մտել Ավետիսյսնների տուն, չպատասխանեց նաÖ ‡ այն հարցին, թե ինչու է մտել հենց Ավետիսյանների տուն:

Ավետիսյանների տունն ու իր գործողությունները նկարագրելու մասին փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանի հարցին ի պատասխան` ամբաստանյալը նշեց. «Չեմ ուզում և չեմ կարող պատասխանել»:  Դատարանի դահլիճում իրեն ուղղված հարցերին Պերմյակովը հիմնականում պատասխանում էր. «Չեմ հիշում, չեմ կարող պատասխանել»:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահըվրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող< /i>գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել ենհայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:

Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեականգործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին  մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանքրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրվածմեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համաÖ € օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10տարվա ազատազրկման:
