ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կենսագիտության ամբիոնի վարիչ, «Bioavailability and Bioequivalence» միջազգային ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Սիներիկ Հայրապետյանը բաց նամակով դիմել է Կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանին՝ 2016թ.-ի կենսաբանության բնագավառի թեմաների վերաբերյալ փորձագետների գիտական կարծիքներն իրենց տրամադրելու խնդրանքով:

Լեւոն Մկրտչյանին ուղղված նամակը հետեւյալն է.

«Հարգելի նախարար, խնդրում ենք ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կենսագիտության ամբիոնին տրամադրել 2016թ.-ի կենսաբանության բնագավառի թեմաների վերաբերյալ փորձագետների գիտական կարծիքները, որոնք բացակայում են ինչպես Գիտությունների պետական կոմիտեի կայքում, այնպես էլ թեմայի հեղինակներին ուղղված պատասխաններում: Իմ այս հետեւողականությունը թելադրված է նրանով, որ, որպես ՀՀ նախկին ՌԱՀ-ի գիտատեխնիկական խորհրդի ղեկավար, քաջատեղյակ եմ, որ մեր ազգային գիտական ներուժը ընդունակ է կանխելու թշնամու սադրանքը իր տարածքում՝ խնայելով մեր զինվորի թանկարժեք կյանքը: Ակնհայտ է, որ այդ կարելի է անել այն դեպքում, եթե մեր երկրում չտարվի ներկայիս տգետ գիտավարչական քաղաքականությունը, երբ վարչատնտեսական գործառույթ ունեցող ԳՊԿ-ին տրվում է նրան ոչ հատուկ այնպիսի գործառույթ, ինչպիսին է գիտական փորձագիտությունը: Օգտվելով դրանից՝ ԳՊԿ-ի նախագահը իր խղճուկ գիտական վարկանիշով հանդերձ, տարիներ շարունակ իր կամայականություններով կաթվածահար է անում մեր ամբողջ երկրի գիտությունը»:

Սիներիկ Հայրապետյանն այս նամակով ոչ միայն ակնկալում է վերը նշված նյութերի տրամադրումը, այլեւ՝ առաջատար գիտնականների ու գիտավարչական քաղաքականություն իրականացնող պետական պաշտոնյաների միջեւ բաց երկխոսության կազմակերպումը: «Պետք է վերջ տրվի Հայաստանում տարվող գիտաավերիչ քաղաքականությունը, որի պատճառով թշնամին խաթարում է մեր երկրի անվտանգությունը եւ նրանց սադրանքների զոհ են դառնում մեր երիտասարդները»,- վերջում նշել է նա:
