Գյումրիում բնակարանի վկայագիր ստացավ ևս 11 ընտանիք

Գյումրիում ազդարարվեց «Բնակարանի գնման վկայագիր» պետական ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի մեկնարկը: Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանն ապրիլի 29-ին անձամբ գյումրեցի 11 անօթևան ընտանիքի հանձնեց վկայագրերը` հուսալով, որ նրանք հաստատված վեցամսյա ժամկետում կկարողանան ձեռք բերել բնակարաններ: Շահառուները բնակարան կարող են ձեռք բերել ՀՀ ցանկացած վայրում, նաև`Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, սակայն Շիրակի մարզպետը ցանկություն հայտնեց, որ գյումրեցի ընտանիքները մնան Գյումրիում:
«Դուք բավական երկար` շուրջ 28 տարի սպասել եք այսօրվան: Ցանկանում եմ, որ բնակարան գտնեք, գնեք ու մնաք մարզում, քանի որ նույնիսկ մեկ ընտանիքի` մարզից հեռանալը ցավով եմ ընդունում: Թող նոր ընտանիքներ կազմավորվեն ու նոր երեխաներ ծնվեն այդ բնակարաններում»,-նշեց Սիմոնյանը:
Վկայագրերի շահառուները ևս, իրենց հերթին շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ՀՀ կառավարությանը, մարզային իշխանություններին, նշեցին, որ այսօրն իրոք շատ սպասված էր: «Արդեն համակերպվել էինք, որ անօթևանի կարգավիճակով բնակվում ենք տնակներում, 28 տարի ենք սպասել այս օրվան»,- նշեց շահառու Հովհաննես Տոնոյանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց մարզպետարանի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Ալբերտ Մարգարյանը, ԲԳՎ-ի ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի համար ՀՀ կառավարությունը Շիրակի մարզին ընդհանուր հատկացրել է շուրջ 826 միլիոն դրամ, որից 210 միլիոնն` Ախուրյանին, մնացած մասը` Գյումրիի անօթևանների խնդրի լուծման համար:
Վկայագրով մեկ սենյակի համար հատկացվում է 4 միլիոն 900 հազար, 2 սենյակի համար` 5 միլիոն 200 հազար, երեք սենյակի համար` 6 միլիոն դրամ: Չորս սենյականոցի շահառու ծրագրով չկա:
Ծրագրի այս փուլի համար ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարության կողմից ծրագրում ընդգրկվելու հավակնորդ է ճանաչվել 1988թ. ավերիչ երկրաշարժից հետո անօթևան մնացած 170 ընտանիք: Կառավարության կողմից հատկացված գումարը կբավարի 101 ընտանիքի, վկայագրերը նրանք բոլորը կստանան մինչև մայիսի 28-ը:
