Հայ ազգի համար իսկական մղձավանջ սկսվեց, երբ  «հարյուր»  տարի առաջ եվրոպական մի քանի պետությունների լրտեսական գաղտնի ծառայությունների ջանքերով ստեղծվեցին մի քանի կուսակցություններ․․․ եվրոպական այդ մի քանի պետությունների նպատակները նրանց համար հստակ էին՝ հրահրել Հայ-թուրքական բախումներ՝ խորացնելու թշնամությունը երկու ժողովուրդների միջև, շեղել Հայ ժողովրդի միտքը համընդհանուր ապստամբություն բարձրացնելու գաղափարից՝ պայքարն ուղորդելով դեպի ֆիդայական տեղայնական հերոսություն՝ այդպիսով հող նախապատրաստելու ցեղասպանության համար․․․ Հետագա իրադարձությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ նրանք լիովին հաջողեցին․․․ Ցեղասպանության պատվիրատուն եվրոպան էր․․․ իրականացնողը թուրքական կառավարությունը։ Նրանք երկուսն էլ հավասարապես պատասխանատու են ցեղասպանության համար։ Սակայն ցավալի է նաև այն, որ Հայ քաղաքական միտքը, եթե պայմանականորեն ընդունենք, որ նման բան եղել է Հայ ժողովրդի ամբողջ պատմության ընթացքում, ցեղասպանությունից հետո էլ շարունակվեց ուղղորդվել նույն պետությունների կողմից՝ Հայ ժողովրդի միտքը պետականության գաղափարից շեղելով դեպի ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչում, որի համար հազարավոր հայեր տասնյակ տարիների ընթացքում պիտի վատնեին հսկայական ռեսուրներ ու ֆինանսներ, ինչպես նաև Հայերի մեջ արմատավորելու այն սխալ տեսակետը, որ Հայ ժողովրդի բախտը լուծվում է եվրոպայում, և լուծվելու է մի երրորդ ուժի կողմից, ոչ թե Հայերի․․․ Այսինքն՝  «Հայեր, ձեզ պետք չէ ոչ մի պետություն․․․ Ձեզ համար հանգիստ ապրեք ձեր նյութական ու վաշխառուական կյանքով, մնացածը կարվի»․․․ Այսօր նույնպես գոյություն չունի Հայ քաղաքական միտք։ Այն   «պետությունը», որ ստեղծվեց Ռուսների կողմից Սովետական Միության փուզումից հետո Սովետական Հայաստանի տարածքի վրա, գաղափարապես ամբողջովին գտնվում է եվրոպական դեմոկրատիա կոչվող արհեստական գաղափարախոսության ազդեցության ներքո։ Քսանհինգ տարի այս երեք կառավարությունները չեն ունեցել արտաքին հստակ քաղաքականություն, որն ուղղորդվեր այնպիսի պետություն ստեղծելու գաղափարախոսությամբ, որի դեպքում հնարավոր կլիներ ապահովել ժողովրդի անվտանգ ու ապահով գոյությունը այս տարածաշրջանում․․․ Ինչ անել․․․ Քիչ ժամանակ է մնացել հաջորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին․․․ Միակ ելքն այն է, որ խորհրդարանում չլինեն ոչ մի կուսակցություններ, որոնք բոլորն էլ ֆինանսավորվում են դրսից՝ եվրոպայից, և կատարում են պատվիրատուի պահանջները։ Բացի այդ, կուսակցություններին հեշտ է վերահսկել, իսկ հարյուրավոր անհատներին՝ ոչ։ Կուսակցությունները ոչնչացնում են անհատի նախաձեռնողական ջիղը, միտքը, ամեն լավագույնը, որ քաղաքական գործիչը կարող է կրել իր մեջ, կուսակցության մեջ այն փոշիանում է, և նույնիսկ մեծագույն անհատը, որն իր վեհությամբ կարող էր բարձրացնել ազգը, կուսակցության մեջ դառնում է ծառա, կամակատար, իր երկրի ակամա թշնամին․․․
