ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատել է բուհերի 2016/2017 ուստարվա՝ պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար), առկա ուսուցմամբ, մագիստրոսի կրթական ծրագրով ընդունելության տեղերը՝  ըստ մասնագիտությունների,  ինչպես նաև 2016/2017 ուսումնական տարվա ասպիրանտուրա ու դոկտորանտուրա ընդունելության տեղերը և առկա ուսուցմամբ ասպիրանտուրա ու դոկտորանտուրա ընդունելության տեղերի բաշխումը: Հայաստանի հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարարությանը թույլատրվել է պահուստային տեղերի բաշխումը և ըստ հաստատությունների թափուր մնացած տեղերի վերաբաշխումն իրականացնել բուհերին տրամադրված տեղերի շրջանակում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կա պերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

ՀՀ բուհերի 2016/2017 ուստարվա՝ պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար), առկա ուսուցմամբ, մագիստրոսի կրթական ծրագրով հատկացվել է 1690 տեղ, որից 1279 տեղ` առանց տարկետման իրավունքի /այդ թվում բանակից զորացրվածների համար 112 տեղ/ և 411 տեղ` տարկետման իրավունքով,  որը ներառում է պահուստային 14 տեղ` 5-ը առանց տարկետման իրավունքի և 9-ը` տարկետման իրավունքով:

2016/2017 ուսումնական տարվա ասպիրանտուրա ու դոկտորանտուրա ընդունելության տեղերը և առկա ուսուցմամբ ասպիրանտուրա ու դոկտորանտուրա ընդունելության տեղերի բաշխումը կատարվել է հետևյալ կերպ.
1. Ասպիրանտուրա ընդունելության տեղերը՝ 
ա. պետական կրթաթոշակով, նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի  փոխհատուցմամբ, առկա ուսուցմամբ՝ 144 տեղ՝ պարտադիր  զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետման իրավունքով: 
բ.    Նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի փոխհատուցմամբ, հեռակա ուսուցմամբ՝ 228 տեղ:  
գ. Պետական կրթաթոշակով, նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի փ ոխհատուցմամբ, միջպետական համաձայնագրերով` 20 տեղ:
2. Օրդինատուրա ընդունելության տեղերը` պետական կրթաթոշակով, նպաստի ձևով ուսման  վճարի փոխհատուցմամբ՝ 95 տեղ: 
3. Հայաստանի հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության համար նախատեսված ինտերնատուրա ընդունելության տեղերը՝ պետական կրթաթոշակով, նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի փոխհատուցմամբ՝ 12 տեղ:
4.Դոկտորանտուրա ընդունելության տեղերը՝ պետական կրթաթոշակով, նպաստի ձևով ուսման վճարի փոխհատուցմամբ՝ 13 տեղ:
Ուսումնական տարվա ասպիրանտուրայի առկա և հեռակա, ինչպես նաև օրդինատուրայի ըն դունելության ուսուցմամբ թափուր մնացած տեղերը բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում ու գիտական կազմակերպություններում վերաբաշխում է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը՝ համաձայն ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի, ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական  հաստատությունների և  գիտական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացրած լրացուցիչ հայտերի՝  տրամադրված տեղերի շրջանակներում:
