Դեմքի այտուցվածություն, մեծացում - Թոքի քաղցկեղով հիվանդներին բնորոշ է կարմրած. ուռած դեմքը, քանի որ դեպի թոքեր գնացող արյունատար անոթները քաղցկեղով կարող են ճնշվել և արյան հիմնական հոսքը ուղղվում  է դեպի վերին հատվածներ
 
Կրկնվող ջերմություն - Լեյկեմիան արյան բջիջների հիվանդություն է, որը բնորոշվում է լեյկոցիտների անկանոն աճով: Եվ սա է հանդիսանում ինֆեկցիաների դեմ պայքարի թուլության պատճառը, որն էլ բերում է կրկնվող ջերմության և հաճախակի ինֆեկցիաների:
 
Ավշային հանգույցների մեծացում - Խորհրդացեք ձեր բժշկի հետ, եթե հաճախակի զգում եք, որ պարանոցային, անութային կամ աճուկային հատվածի ավշային հանգույցները մեծացել են կամ ցավոտ են:
 
Բազում չպատճառաբանված կապտուկներ - Ավելի հաճախ հանդիպում է լեյկեմիայի դեպքում:
 
Թուլություն -Հատկապես երբ դուք չեք կարողանում գտնել հստակ պատճառ, թե ինչու եք միշտ հոգնած, և երբ քնելուց և հանգստից հետո չի անցնում, դուք պետք է անմիջապես տեղյակ պահեք այդ մասին ձեր բժշկին: Խրոնիկ թուլությունը  սովորաբար նշան է տարբեր տեսակի քաղցկեղների դեպքում՝ հատկապես երբ զուգակցվում է քաղցկեցի մասին վկայող այլ ախտանշանների հետ:

Ցավոտ դաշտանային ցիկլեր - Կարևոր է անցնել ուլտրաձայնային հետազոտություն: Սա կարող է լինել արգանդի և էնդոմետրիումի քաղցկեղի վաղ ախտանիշներից մեկը:
 
Եղունգների փոփոխություն - Մուգ կետիկները կամ եղունգների շերտավորվելը կարող է լինել մաշկի քաղցկեղի նշան: Իսկ լյարդի քաղցկեղը կարող է եղունգների վրա արտահայտվել նրանց խամրածությամբ և սպիտակելով:
