«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդի» տեղեկություններով՝ արդեն հայտնի է «Գրեյթ Վելլի ՀՁ» ՍՊԸ-ի պարտատերերի նախնական ցուցակը: Նշված ընկերությունը ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանին է պատկանում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այս ընկերության աշխատակիցները փետրվարի 10-ին «Գրեյթ Վելլի ՀՁ» ՍՊԸ-ի դեմ հայց են ներկայացրել Երեւանի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան եւ պահանջել սնանկ ճանաչել ընկերությունը: «Գրեյթ Վելլին» աշխատավարձերի պարտքեր է կուտակել, որը կազմում է ավելի քան 80 մլն դրամ: Դատարանն այս տարվա փետրվարի 29-ին որոշել է «Գրեյթ Վելլի ՀՁ» ընկերությանը սնանկ ճանաչել:

Սակայն պարզվում է, որ նախկին պատգամավորին պատկանող ընկերությունը ոչ միայն աշխատակիցներին է պարտք, այլեւ առեւտրային բանկերին եւ գործարարներին: Այսպես՝ ընկերությունը ավելի քան 2 մլն դոլար է պարտք «Արդշինբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին, մոտ 286 հազար դոլար՝ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին, եւս 756,5 եվրո՝ «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ին:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ը տեղեկացավ, որ «Գրեյթ Վելլի ՀՁ»-ն ավելի քան 155 մլն դրամ է պարտք ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին, 53 մլն 302 հազար դրամ պարտք է «Արտաշատի գինու-կոնյակի գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ին, 82 մլն 250 հազար դրամ պարտք է «Արտաշատ-Վինկոն» ՓԲԸ-ին:

Ի դեպ, անցած տարվա հուլիսի 9-ին Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ սնանկ էր ճանաչվել նաեւ Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանին պատկանող Օշական գյուղում գտնվող «Աշտարակի գինիներ» գործարանը:

Վերջում հավելենք, որ նախկին պատգամավորը Հայաստանից դուրս էլ բիզնես ունի, մասնավորապես հայտնի է, որ վերջին տարիներին նա Ֆրանսիային Կոնյակ քաղաքում գործարան է գնել»:
