50 տարում ՀՀ բնակչությունը կրճատվելու է գրեթե մեկ միլիոնով. ՄԱԿ-ի կանխատեսումը

Հայոց աշխարհ» թերթը գրում է. «Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունը հրապարակել է «Աշխարհի բնակչության հեռանկարներ-2015» ամենամյա զեկույցը, որում ներկայացված է Երկիր մոլորակի բնակչության ժողովրդագրական դինամիկան մինչեւ 2100 թվականը:
Հայաստանի ժողովրդագրական պատկերի վերաբերյալ զեկույցում նշվում է, որ 2015 թվականին Հայաստանի բնակչությունը 3 մլն 18 հազար է, 2030 թվականին այն լինելու է 2 մլն 993 հազար, 2050 թվականին` 2 մլն 729 հազար` 9,6 % կորստով, իսկ 2100 թվականին՝ 1 մլն 739 հազար մարդ: Ըստ էության, ստացվում է, որ 50 տարում Հայաստանում բնակչությունը կրճատվելու է գրեթե մեկ միլիոնով:
Զեկույցի համաձայն` Երկիր մոլորակի բնակչությունը 2100 թվականին հասնելու է 11,213 մլրդ-ի: Հատկանշական է, որ մինչեւ 2050 թվականը մոլորակի բնակչության աճը ապահովելու է 9 երկիր` Հնդկաստան, Նիգերիա, Պակիստան, Կոնգոյի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետություն, Եթովպիա, ԱՄՆ, Ինդոնեզիա, Ուգանդա եւ Տանզանիա:
Ամենաարագ աճող տարածաշրջանը զեկույցի փորձագետները համարել են Աֆրիկան, քանի որ 2100 թվականին այս տարածաշրջանի բնակչության թիվը կրկնապատկվելու է, այն դեպքում, երբ, օրինակ, ըստ կանխատեսումների, Ասիայի բնակչության թվաքանակը նվազելու է` 2050 թվականին 5,26 մլրդ-ից 2100-ին այն դառնալու է 4,88 մլրդ մարդ: Աֆրիկայում բնակչության աճի տեմպերով հատկապես աչքի է ընկնելու Նիգերիան»:
