Բացահայտվել է տաքսու վարորդի նկատմամբ իրականացված ավազակային հարձակումը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Երևան քաղաքում ապրիլի 25-ին տաքսու վարորդի նկատմամբ տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման մի շարք հանգամանքներ, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2016 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ին քաղաքացի Դ.Մանուկյանից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ երկու անծանոթ երիտասարդ նստել են իր կողմից որպես տաքսի վարվող ավտոմեքենան և դանակի սպառնալիքով գումար հափշտակել:
Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով, մշակվել քննչական պլան և ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ին՝ ժամը 01:40-ի սահմաններում, Երևանի Արշակունյաց պողոտայում երեք երիտասարդ կանգնեցրել են Դ. Մանուկյանի կողմից որպես տաքսի վարվող «Օպել Աստրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան՝ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ տեղափոխվելու մտադրությամբ: Հասնելով նշված վայր՝ երիտասարդներն իջել են ավտոմեքենայից, որից հետո նրանցից մեկը հեռացել է, իսկ երկուսը կրկին նստել են ավտոմեքենան և վարորդին խնդրել շարունակել ճանապարհը դեպի Մաշտոցի պողոտա, ապա՝ Կողբացի փողոց: Պահանջված վայրում ավտոմեքենան կանգնեցնելուց հետո՝ վարորդի կողքին նստած երիտասարդը դանակի գործադրման սպառնալիքով գումար է պահանջել, այնուհետև նրա գրպանից հանել գումարը և դիմել փախուստի:
Քննությամբ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ում տուժողը ճանաչել է՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով իրականացված համապատասխան քննչական գործողության ժամանակ։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ տաքսու վարորդի նկատմամբ ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու համար։ Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու մասին, ինչը բավարարվել է։
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
