Հաստատվել են բակալավրի կրթական ծրագրերով ընդունելության տեղերը

ՀՀ կառավարության ապրիլի 15-ի նիստում հաստատվել են բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2016/2017 ուսումնական տարվա՝ ըստ մասնագիտությունների, պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար) և ուսման վարձի մասնակի զեղչի կիրառման իրավունքով (վճարովի) առկա ուսուցմամբ բակալավրի ու անընդհատ և ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրերով ընդունելության տեղերը: Հայաստանի հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարարությանը թույլատրվել է պահուստային տեղերի բաշխումը և ըստ հաստատությունների թափուր մնացած տեղերի վերաբաշխումն իրականացնել բուհերին տրամադրված տեղերի շրջանակում: Համաձայն որոշման սահմանվել է, որ պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար), պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունքով ընդունված արական սեռի ուսանողներն ուսումնառության ամբողջ ընթացքում, անկախ փոխատեղման Õ արդյունքից, օգտվում են պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունքից: Բացի այդ, միջպետական համաձայնագրերով Հայաստանի պետական բուհեր ընդունված ուսանողների ուսուցման ֆինանսավորումը կատարվում է Հայաստանի հանրապետության պետական բյուջեի միջոցների հաշվին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:
Համաձայն որոշման՝ պետական բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների վճարովի ուսուցման համակարգում ուսման վարձի չափը որոշում է տվյալ ուսումնական հաստատությունը: Ըստ այդմ՝ պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար), պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունքով տրվել է 1783, առանց պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունքի՝ 660 տեղ, առանց ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորման, պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունքով՝ 137, իսկ ուսման վարձի մասնակի զեղչի կիրառմամբ(վճարովի), առանց պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունքի՝ 19000 տեղ:
