Ֆելդշերը հափշտակել է դիակի ականջօղերը

Երեւան քաղաքի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեկան գործ բուժաշխատողի կողմից դիակի վրայից ականջօզեր հանելու եւ դրանք հափշտակելու փաստի առթիվ:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում նեք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ շտապօգնության աշխատակից Ռուզաննա Կիրակոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա որպես ֆիլդշերական բրիգադայի սանիտար, 2014թ. սեպտեմբերի 21-ին ընդգրկված է եղել հերթապահության գրաֆիկում եւ ժամը 09:00-ից կատարել աշխատանքային պարտականությունները: Այնուհետեւ ահազանգ ստանալով, որ Մաշտոցի պողոտայի 51 շ. 36 բնակարանում դիակ կա, Ռ. Կիրակոսյանը շտապօգնության մեքենայի վարորդ Հայկ Վարդանյանի հետ մեկնել է վերը նշված բնակարան, ապա Սիլվա Պետրոսյանի դիակը պատգարակով տեղափոխել են շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենայի սրահ, որի ընթացքում էլ ՌուզաննաԿիրակոսյանը դիակից գաղտնի հափշտակել է 50 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ մեկ զույգ ոսկյա ականջօղը:
Վերջինիս մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով, ըստ որի նրան կարող էին տուգանել նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ուղղիչ աշխատանքներով՝ մեկից երկու տարի ժամկետով, կամ մեկից երկու ամիս ժամկետով կալանավորել, կամ էլ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկել:
Բուժակին ստորագրությամբ բաց էին թողել:
Դատարանը 2015թ-ի մարտի 20-ին Ռուզաննա Կիրակոսյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու որոշում էր ընդունել` հիմք ընդունելով այն, որ ոստիկանությունում հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում տվողը` մահացած անձի հարազատը հետ է վերցրել իր բողոքը: Դատարանի որոշմամբ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը վերացվել էր, եւ իրեղեն ապացույց ճանաչված մեկ զույգ ոսկե ականջօղը վերադարձվել էր մահացածի հարազատին:
Սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց գործը կրկին անգամ ուղարկվել է քննության եւ այս պահին այն ընթացքի մեջ է:
