Գլաձոր և Վերնաշեն համայնքների անուններն արդեն մրցակցային առավելություն են. ՀՀ ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ

Վայոց Ձորի մարզի Գլաձոր և Վերնաշեն համայնքների անունները միայն կարելի է համարել մրցակցային առավելություն: Վերնաշեն անվանմամբ գինու բրենդի հայտնի լինելը նպաստում է արտադրված գինու արագ վաճառքին: Մյուս առավելություններից են նաև Երևան-Մեղրի միջպետական ավտոճանապարհին և Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքին մոտ գտնվելը, աշխատասեր բնակիչների շնորհիվ ապահովվող բարձր բերքատվությունը: Այդ ամենը հնարավորություն է տալիս, որպեսզի գլաձորցի ները և վերնաշենցիները հեշտությամբ իրացնեն իրենց արտադրանքը Եղեգնաձորի շուկայում, ինչպես նաև` ավտոճանապարհի երկայնքով տեղակայված առևտրի կետերում:
Այդ համայնքների անդամները մի քանի շաբաթ շարունակ Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի և նրա գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ համատեղ ջանքերով քննարկել են իրենց հայրենի բնակավայրերի մրցակցային առավելությունները, վերհանել խնդիրները և առաջարկել դրանց լուծումները: Մրցակցային առավելություննրի մասնակցային գնահատում (PACA) ծրագիրը համայնքներում իրականացվել է ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ ֆինանսավորմամբ` Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի և գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից իրականացվող «Գործընկերություն` հանուն գյուղական համայնքների բար գավաճման» (USAID/PRP) ծրագրի շրջանակում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի հանրային կապերի ծառայությունից:
Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ` այդ համայնքների համար զարգացման ռազմավարական ճյուղերն են այգեգործությունը, խաղողագործությունը հացահատիկի մշակումը Բուռն զարգանում են զբոսաշրջությունը և գյուղմթերքի մշակումը: Այդուամենայնիվ, զարգացած համարվող խաղողագործության ճյուղի մեջվնկատվում է անկում: Մարդիկ մշտապես խնդիրներ են ունենում մթերման հետ կապված: Դրանից բացի, համայնքների բնակիչները չեն ցանկանում սկսել գինու լիցենզավորված արտադրություն: Հանդիպման ընթացքում փորձագետները համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներին տրամադրեցին նաև PACA գրքույկը: Այնտեղ նե րկայացված են համայնքների նկարագիրը, զարգացման առաջնահերթությունները, մրցակցային առավելությունները, խնդիրները և առաջարկությունները:
Հանդիպման ավարտին ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ «Գործընկերություն` հանուն գյուղական համայնքների բարգավաճման» (USAID/PRP) ծրագրի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Լիլիթ Ափուջանյանը ներկայացրեց ծրագրի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի զարգացման այլ գործիքները և հորդորեց գործարարության հետ առնչվող բոլոր հարցերով դիմել Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ ԶԱԿ-ի Վայոց Ձորի մասնաճյուղին:
2013 թ. սեպտեմբերից Հայաստանում մեկնարկել է ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության «Գործընկերություն` հանուն գյուղական համայնքների բարգավաճման» (USAID PRP) հնգամյա ծրագիրը: Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոնի գլխավորությամբ ծրագիրն իրականցնում են «Ագրոբիզնեսի և գյուղի զարգացման կենտրոնը» (CARD), Գեղարքունիքի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատը և «Ի-Վի Քոնսալթինգ» կազմակերպությունը:
