Արգելվել է Ֆրանսիայից խաղողի տնկիների ներմուծումը Հայաստան

ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ծառայության պետ Արմեն Հայրապետյանի հրամանով արգելվել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներմուծել խաղողի 1500 հատ արմատակալներ (տնկիներ). խմբաքանակը վարակված է եղել ֆիլոքսերայով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ-ից, ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության կողմից սահմանային հսկողության շրջանակներում կատարված նմուշառման և լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ արմատակալները վարակված են ֆիլոքսերայով, չնայած, որ ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերը հավաստել են արմատակալները ֆիլոքսերայից զերծ գոտում աճեցվելու և դրանցում վնասակար օրգանիզմների բացակայության մասին: Հաշվի առնելով, որ բեռի կարանտին բուսասանիտարական վիճակը չի համապատասխանել ինչպես ուղեկցող փաստաթղթ երում նշված տեղեկատվությանը, այնպես էլ ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծվող կարանտին բուսասանիտարական պահանջներին՝ հուլիսի 31-ին տնկիները ոչնչացվել են օրենսդությամբ սահմանված կարգով:
Հուլիսի սկզբին ծառայությունը սահմանից Ֆրանսիա էր հետ ուղարկել տնկիների մեկ այլ խմբաքանակ` 6000 հատ, կրկին ֆիլեքսերայով վարակված լինելու պատճառով:
Ֆիլոքսերան (Viteus vitifoliae Fitch) վնասատու է՝ այսօր տարածված աշխարհի խաղողագործական գրեթե բոլոր երկրներում, հայրենիքը Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներն է, որտեղից Ֆրանսիա է բերվել տնկանյութի հետ և 1868թ. նկարագրվել որպես խաղողի վազի վնասատու: Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ հայտնաբերվել է 1926թ. Նոյեմբերյանի շրջանում. ներկայումս նկատվում է միայն հանրապետության հյուսիսարևելյան գոտում: Բույսերի պաշտպանության եվրոպական և միջերկրածովյան կազմակերպության տվյալների համաձայն (1997թ.) Եվրոպայի համար կարանտին նշանակություն ունեն ավելի քան 300 տեսակ վնասատուներ, հիվանդություններ և մոլախոտեր:
