ՀԲ-ի կողմից տրամադրված 30 միլիոն դոլարի վարկն օժանդակում է Հայաստանի էնեգետիկ ոլորտի առողջացմանը

Համաշխարհային բանկի Գործադիր տնօրենների խորհուրդը քննարկել ու հաստատել է 30 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգի ֆինանսական առողջացման» արդյունքահեն ծրագիրը: Համաշխարհային բանկի Երևանի գրասենյակի տնօրեն Լորա Բեյլիի խոսքով` ծրագիրն օգտագործում է նոր գործիք: «Դա արդյունքահեն գործիքն է, որը կիրառվում է այն դեպքերու մ, երբ Համաշխարհային բանկը փորձում է օժանդակել կառավարությանը իրականացնել համապարփակ բարեփոխումներ, աշխատանքներ: Հաստատված ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի օժանդակելու կառավարության` բավարար և հուսալի էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման ջանքերին՝ բարելավելով էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրող պետական ընկերությունների ֆինանսական վիճակը և կառավարումը, էլեկտրաէներգիայի բաշխիչ մասնավոր ընկերության ֆինանսական վիճակը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց Լորա Բեյլին:
ՀԲ-ի ներկայացուցչի դիտարկմամբ` իրենք կարևորում են ոլորտին աջակցությունը ոչ միայն այն պառճառով, որ կառավարութունն է դիմել օժանադակության համար, այլև իրենց կողմից իրականացված երկու խորը վերլուծական աշխատանքների արդյունքներն են պատճառը: «Ինչպես գիտեք, վերջին հինգ տարիներին էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրող պետական ընկերությունները` «Երևանի ՋԷԿ»-ն ու ՀԱԷԿ-ը, կուտակել են բավականին խոշոր դրամական միջոցների պակասուրդ, որը կազմում է նրանց ընդհանուր հասույքի 80 տոկոսը»,-նշեց Լորա Բեյլին` հավելելով, որ եթե ՀԱԷԿ-ի ու «Երևանի ՋԷԿ»-ի ֆինա նսական դժվարությունները չհաղթահարվեն, դա լուրջ ազդեցություն կունենա նրանց կողմից էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության մակարդակը պահպանելու ունակության վրա: Նա վստահեցրեց, որ ծրագրի արդյունավետ իրականացման դեպքում կպահպանվի մատչելի սակագներով էլեկտրաէներգիայի բավարար մատակարարումը բնակչությանը:
Համաշխարհային բանկը կտրամադրի 30 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ Վրակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկի փոփոխական տարածմամբ վարկ` 14.5 տարի արտոնյալ և 25 տարի ընդհանուր մարման ժամկետով: 1992 թվականին Համաշխարհային բանկին և 1993 թվականին Միջազգային զարգացման ընկերակցությանն անդամակցելուց ի վեր Հայաստանին ՄԶԸ-ն և ՎԶՄԲ-ն տրամադրել են շուրջ 2.3 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար:
